Hi, I just thought of sharing the same thing. The reaction with spinach and tomato leads to formation of calcium carbonate (stones). Please do avoid it.

Thanks for the concern,, actually cooking in pressure cooker is faster cooking (has its own disadvantages) and cooking in pan takes longer time (has its own disadvantage) best is to have it raw to retain all the nutrients but we rarely do that 😊
