There are almost normal geologic processes raising/falling ground level via earth crust change especially near oceanic/sea shore. 7000 years seems to be enough for this happen.

That's like an archeologist 7,000 years from now saying that radiocarbon dating of a Popsicle stick being found embedded in the ground near the Cahokia mounds in Illinois proves that the mounds were built sometime around 2022 CE. Dating artifacts left near or in archeological sites only dates the artifact, not when the surrounding earthworks, roads, buildings, etc. were actually built

A i ide to njima, ko i cijelom Balkanu - počevši od čevapa ... pa do _madraca_ nemamo ni toliko fantazije da kreiramo ni sopstvenu hranu ni sopstveni jezik. Tu smo još uvijek u "bratstvu i jedinstvu" živili

Carbon radioactivity analysis points this road building time as far as 6900 years ago afaik.
