Even though she isn't the happiest snake, just imagine a wild snake that size that had never seen a person before. She's grumpy, but more begrudgingly upset rather than fighting for her life.

It looked more like a tag rather than a committed bite. He's also been doing this for years, so he's probably used to it. Snake teeth are a lot like needles and usually don't leave very serious wounds.

Isn't there a "rule" that herpetologists follow which says that for every 6ft of snake, there should be one person handling? This snake is clearly must longer than 6ft so shouldn't you have at least one more person for safety? I realize you're expert but is this risk really necessary? I suppose the person filming could help.
