Sa 10 years ko abroad ang napundar ko Lang 2 teachers kapatid ko 1 licensed and 1 going b-exam, lupa, niyugan, 2 story house NG parents ko half cement and half amakan.. Okay na din Kay sa dati walang ayos na tirahan at walang ilaw nasa bundok PA pero masaya na pamumuhay.. At ngaun NG ipon na ako sa sarili ko...Godbless sa iyo kabayan....

It is very rare that youll find nice workers good on their crafts and working in this field because it's their passion. Most of them only work for money and their best interest comes first - that is to harm others. Either pakyawan or arawan, bawi sila - lamang sila. Integrity is the last thing they would consider.

When I cannot control their expenses I take action secretly right away 😂 with a help of my bestfriend I bought a 502 sq.mtr for half million, last 2017 and my next plan is to build a house for my parents soon 😊 dapat maging wais tayo sa pag papadala kasi hindi habang panahon malakas at tatagal tayo sa abroad. Civil Engineering po ako graduating share ko lang po. Dapat lang po talaga 2 parts ang septic tank ng isang bahay, nasa "Building Code of the Philippines" po yan. yan po ang book na ginagamit namin, kasi we Civil Engineers can also be a Master Plumber. Yun lang po. 😊 pero tama po yung point na para hinde madaling mapuno. Dapat po at least 1 meter from the ground ang lalim nya.

I really love your ceilings! Really nice house.. I was in malabalay city when the earthquakes were happening last year. For me, coming from Hawaii it was normal. But my wife was definitely scared. I paid 720k for our lot. And I'm negotiating and working with a contractor to build a modern, 2 bedroom 2 bath 90sq.m house. We're looking at just under 2 million for the house. Which is way more then my budget🥴 (I'm only 27 and work really hard for the little money I do have). But it will all be worth it in the end! I'll finally be able to move there and be with my wife and our daughter.

Sa 10 years ko abroad ang napundar ko Lang 2 teachers kapatid ko 1 licensed and 1 going b-exam, lupa, niyugan, 2 story house NG parents ko half cement and half amakan.. Okay na din Kay sa dati walang ayos na tirahan at walang ilaw nasa bundok PA pero masaya na pamumuhay.. At ngaun NG ipon na ako sa sarili ko...Godbless sa iyo kabayan....

It is very rare that youll find nice workers good on their crafts and working in this field because it's their passion. Most of them only work for money and their best interest comes first - that is to harm others. Either pakyawan or arawan, bawi sila - lamang sila. Integrity is the last thing they would consider.

Congrats sa achievement mo, masarap talaga mag invest kapag may katuwang masa mabilis hindi mabigat basta namamanage ng pamilya ang financial and needs nila I'm proud of you kasi may parents and relatives ka na nag effort to build your house, reality kasi sa mga abroad wala agad naiipon at naiinvest kasi family sa pinas maluho d marunong mag adjust akala nila sa abroad pumupulot ng pera, and second is maluho naman ang abroad at waldas! When I cannot control their expenses I take action secretly right away 😂 with a help of my bestfriend I bought a 502 sq.mtr for half million, last 2017 and my next plan is to build a house for my parents soon 😊 dapat maging wais tayo sa pag papadala kasi hindi habang panahon malakas at tatagal tayo sa abroad. Sipag tyaga at tiwala sa diyos kapag may determinasyon ka sa buhay walang imposible. Salute sayo kabayan so inspiring. Mas lalo lumakas loob ko sayo.😊🤝

Civil Engineering po ako graduating share ko lang po. Dapat lang po talaga 2 parts ang septic tank ng isang bahay, nasa "Building Code of the Philippines" po yan. yan po ang book na ginagamit namin, kasi we Civil Engineers can also be a Master Plumber. Yun lang po. 😊 pero tama po yung point na para hinde madaling mapuno. Dapat po at least 1 meter from the ground ang lalim nya.

I was in malabalay city when the earthquakes were happening last year. For me, coming from Hawaii it was normal. But my wife was definitely scared.
I paid 720k for our lot. And I'm negotiating and working with a contractor to build a modern, 2 bedroom 2 bath 90sq.m house. We're looking at just under 2 million for the house. Which is way more then my budget🥴 (I'm only 27 and work really hard for the little money I do have). But it will all be worth it in the end! I'll finally be able to move there and be with my wife and our daughter.
