96-98 Chevy C/K Pickup - Testing the fuel pump relay circuits

I said it a hundred times in the video so I might as well type it out as well lol. The purpose of this video is to collect enough evidence to justify getting to the fuel pump for further diagnosis. The fuel pump, as well as the fuel pump connector, can not be accessed easily, so I better have a good reason to go in there.
