Nice to see another Living Daylights fan! Its the top one for me. Casino Royale is another of my favourites, though, and it probably has the best ending in the franchise with Mr White's phone call and the Bond theme finally playing in all its glory.

Thank you so much!! I never thought I'd be doing it, lol! But the passion of other creators out there just really motivated me. I just had to do it. It's been busy, so I haven't gotten around to some new videos, but they're coming I promise!!
I agree with the low ranking for Dr. No. It’s almost sacrilege to not rate the first Bond film higher, but it’s a very low budget, slightly slower paced film and since EON was in process of discovering how to adapt a James Bond story to film I cut them some slack. However, I disagree with your opinion on FRWL. I think it’s deserving of a much higher rating and it’s 100X more interesting and better than DN.
Yeah, FRWL has been getting some extra love out there. I actually have a newer appreciation for Dr No since visiting Jamaica and some filming sights recently. I think as time goes by, I might have to see how these might actually change in my appreciation levels. Thanks for watching and commenting!!! I appreciate it.
Finaly someone has sayd it..but 'You only live twice' and 'The Living daylights' are in my top 3..I loved them as a kid and still do ofcourse..Goldeneye was the first I ever saw in cinema and went down afterards to see them all eventually..so good to see your high rankings on these movies....and besides some flaws here and there..I love the entire franchise..
I enjoyed this video very much!! I loved your TLD story (and what a score for Barry to end on). Of the “museum piece” Bonds I’m personally partial to FRWL. I, too, love the skiing Bond. I agree TSWLM is the most “perfect” Bond film (although the end inexplicably drags a bit). I also love FYEO and Thunderball. Your video has inspired me to listen to the MWTGG score this week. In my very limited Instagram posts I once highlighted the YOLT score, which is a Barry classic. Looking forward to watching more of your videos!
I enjoyed listening to this! Also appreciate how often you mentioned the music. For me, You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever may be the two best scores. And John Barry's flute-version of A View To A Kill has always been an especially memorable track.
On a full rewatch just seen The Living Daylights. The score and music is so well done. John Barry has outdone himself once again. Not top 3 in his amazing scores but maybe top 5 I think. Not bad rankings we are quite similar in placings so yep top notch. I’d personally swap Octopussy and Thunderball from the different ends. And drop TLD about 10 places - but the great thing is so many good Bond movies.. I enjoyed my recent watch.
@@bengrenan8192 Awesome!! Yeah, I'm about to rewatch Never Say Never Again. I want to really watch it carefully and take in the backgrounds and locations. I never gave it that attention before.
