Cobra The Arcade English Cut Scenes (HD)

The original got removed because I reuploaded someone else's video, now I have the files, I can do it all over again. I included the intro because it's cool. I also have the Time Crisis 4 files so I'll upload them too. I can play the videos on VLC and Vegas Pro but with no sound, I got the sound from PSound. Some files are broken so I have to use the Japanese videos. If you want me to post the Japanese cut scenes then I can.

Two interesting points about the VAs in the English version. One, Cobra's VA will subsequently be the voice of Bruno from Deadstorm Pirates. Second, Lynn Harris is previously the voice of Christy Ryan from Time Crisis II.

Hello. I really am grateful for you releasing content from this underlooked game. Is there a way we could get a copy of the game files? I ask because I am looking for models and textures in particular. Thank you for all that you have done so far!

I don't think it's possible to get models and textures. Cobra The Arcade uses the Time Crisis 2 engine (Also TC 3 and TC 4) and the packed models and textures are combined in packed bin files (POLYGONDATA.BIN has models and TCHUNKI.BIN has the textures) No one has tried to extract them because it's very hard to get assets from old games. You can get the sound effects using PSound and you can view textures with TextureFinder but it does a really bad job at displaying them so I wish someone could make a program for Time Crisis games

@@Arbuz-gf3is Mame comes with a exe to extract chd files. Since Cobra and TC4 are on HDD all the files are combined into 1 file, so you have to manually extract the files with a hex editor
