Great run-through! The villains may not be too different, but having multiple bam's going off in a round does keep things interesting. A lot of the X-Men heroes seem to have single symbols on the bottom of their card and get multiple tokens to themselves. I wonder if that makes them difficult to work in with non-mutants.

Cheers, hard to say mate as this does feel like a 2nd edition game with some power creep, everyone seems to have a couple more wilds with their mutant abilities and most importantly have more heroics, which were drastically lacking in the 1st edition, I have this feeling 1st edition heroes would struggle against the mutant villains, but mutants would decimate the original villains
