And guess what, he sells over a thousand jacket potatoes with fillings per day, so guess who's laughing - him.
It’s a good recipe! It’s quick and easy to do on mass and tastes great. I don’t think anyone was ever claiming it was an authentic Mexican or Texan chilli recipe. I’d be interested to know what % fat mince he uses and would love to see the curry recipe:-)

In the UK it's actually considered dirtier to wear gloves, just wash your hands regularly instead it's far more sanitary.
