Marble breakfast cake
6 eggs (7 if you have smaller eggs), 1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever type of milk you have), 1tbsp vanilla flavor, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2tbsp ghee, 3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup gluten free (Namaste brand) flour, 1 tsp baking soda
First bit up the eggs until it's foamy (kitchen aid does it very nicely) then add all the rest of the ingrediencies.
Grease the glass dish and pour into mixture. Mix 1/2 cup of maple syrup with 2 and a half tbsps. cacao powder and pour that chocolate mixture over the cake mix.
Bake it for 35- 40 minutes on 350 Fahrenheit

What a vlog. Simply amazing. It’s so strange to see how you guys love summer. Here in Karachi, we just don’t want any summers. Cuz that’s what we have all year round. Only a brief light winter which lasts for a month or so. Btw we have strawberries in winters. It’s a rare fruit here 😫😫

I love the title "finding Joy in homemaking". As a young mom I thought of homemaking as a chore, it did not bring me joy because Iwas taught it was a chore and was work. I now see it as joy as I do my service to my family with love and intention. It brings me joy and the children see the joy and I tell them I love them and I enjoy our home and time together. I hope they learn to love their homes and serving their families . Thank you

I learned great homemaking from my swedish mother and grandmother's.
As a homeschool mama of six I find that I need motivation sometimes. Your videos have always reminded me of the beauty and joy there is in homemaking and taking care of my family and home, and they remind me of what a blessing it is to have this job. ❤️

That meal looked wonderful! It's so nice to see the sunshine! It's been so rainy here but today the sky is clear blue! I have a week off so will be making jam, moving furniture and enjoying the outdoors too! I may have to plant some roses!

Absolutely love all things rosewater!!....since I live in Nevada(northern) in the winter time I sometimes go picking the wild rose hips(at the shopping centers where they were planted as landscape decor)...they taste like "fruit roll ups"....even the dogs like them....you have to let them dry out first, so then they can be easily de-seeded.... don't put them in a jar until thoroughly dried(other wise mold can happen)...

Beautiful job!! My husband would axe me if I tried to feed him flowers. 😅 I grow all berries, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, garlic, onions, beans of all types, carrots, turnip, radish, beets, Swiss chard, spinach, asparagus, herbs.. So much more. I can it, dehydrate it, eat fresh. 😋 Rose water, roses in general require a certain taste palate. Not for everyone, but me personally I don't mind as long as it is tea. 🥰

I found your videos right as I was coming out of a very rough first trimester with my twins and my home life felt totally off track which is not a great place to be as homemaker! Your videos brought me so much inspiration to get back on track! I implemented so many of your simple ideas (decor, organization, minimalism...etc) and now even in my 35th week of pregnancy with the twins with not very much energy, I'm still finding joy in homemaking and able to keep up with the basics! Your content is so helpful - thank you for all the work you do to film and edit and share your life with us!

It always amazes me where you see food.
Just going to start putting up my strawberries I picked up at the Farmer's Market this morning. With the heat, strawberry season is going to be short this year. Busy time of the year with so many things to harvest! My mom used to set up our TV outside on clear nights when I was younger and we didn't have air conditioning. Much easier to do with comfy furniture on wheels.
