You have perfect understanding of explaning any subject. presentation is top class. Flow and sequence of information in video is nicely arranged to get complete and gradual understanding of subject. Thank you for video.
Wow this is a big help since we will be having a quiz about this subject later on. Honestly, I didnt understand how our teacher went with her explanations and it gave me so much headache .. hahahah
Possible errata: When explaining the roof of QFD, the relationship between cooking pressure and strength of the pressure cooker relation is highlighted at wrong place (Wt and stength). Please let me know if I interpret it wrong 9:46
Thank you very very much..I didn't know what the hell was this...and now I know too much about this...thanks again for making it super easy for us...love from Pakistan
I had a question , I hope you'll guide 1) searching operations 2) Opening ms docs 3) Adding slide in excel Can you plz figure out what types of requirements are they?(simple, expected or excited) ?
The best explanation ig QFD in UA-cam , but a small mistake when you were explaining the roof of matrix at 09:48 the highlight must be on the top of roof where the cooking pressure and weight meet

Thanks you for the video, though I have a question Will QFD work without a functional prototype? if yes, then how will you collect the value for our service (without functional prototype for customer to give feedback to)?
Functional requirements are the requirements of the customer from your product or service. So, it is always present irrespective of your products or services. You need to use them for QFD.
Sorry, I might need to clarify the question. At 10:10, in competitor comparison section, are there any workarounds if you don't have a functional "prototype" (not requirements) for customer score on. As if you're going to design a new machine prototype.
Ohh, in this section we are comparing our performance with competitors based on customer requirements. Even if it's a new product or new machine, there are prepared by considering some customer expectations, right? We need to do the research on whether there are any existing competitors for it or not. If let's say the situation is, that you don't have any competitors. In that case, you need to compare the performance of your product with your expectations. I hope, this answers your question.

Hi, Could you please explain how you got 999 while calculating relative importance at 11:22
Sure, it's a sum all importance weighting. (The row above relative importance weighting.)
minute 09:44 , it is not clear how the roof is fulled ,like for example how come that "sealing" and " cooking Pressure" have a negative correlation ?
Thank you for your reply.
Sorry for delaying in reply.
I think it should be strong positive correlation as better sealing leads to build high pressure.
if pressure increases chance of breaking of seal also increases hence they have negative correlation
Explanation of subject is very understanding
Thank you so much for your valuable comments and appreciation!
A bit confused with the competitor comparison, how we got the value for our services?
From customer feedback, ratings, and surveys.
Thanks you for the video, though I have a question
Will QFD work without a functional prototype?
if yes, then how will you collect the value for our service (without functional prototype for customer to give feedback to)?
Functional requirements are the requirements of the customer from your product or service. So, it is always present irrespective of your products or services. You need to use them for QFD.

hi, i didn't understand how target values (Our Values in HoQ) are derived. Can you please help me understand how?
And also, what's the difference between CTQ & QFD?
Please check out my new video on CTQ at:
ua-cam.com/video/5hTitFMVi_k/v-deo.html
These are the technical specifications derived to fulfill technical requirements (HOWs)
Got some insights about QFD, Thanks!
Thank you for your valuable comments...
Do you have concrete examples of the application of QFD in real companies?
Currently, No.
Is there is any software to draw this matrix
You can use the simple excel template for it.
very useful video. thx.
Thank you for your valuable comments...
How did you get the 999?
It is a sum of importance weighting of all design requirements.
Thank you for your valuable comments.
