I like the way that each of them are very gentle and cautious as they speak, and they don't interrupt anyone else's comments. It's very unlikely cz I see all other boy bands and groups always try to comment over the others when they are asked a general question. These guys are true gentlemen..!
I think that's why Il Divo is so successful and enjoy such a diverse fan base. Not only do they have amazing technique, their songs are beautiful and they are all just wonderful human beings - well mannered, respectful and they are not involved in any scandals or anything derogatory. They are absolutely AMAZING!

I saw that vide clip, and thought that Urs could be a nice actor. He can show complex emotions in his act, not to mention his gread movie star looks. I wish I could see him acting in a movie someday.
