The Kawagoe Festival is a traditional Japanese festival held annually on the third weekend of October in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture Japan.
Looking at the gorgeous floats floating in the darkness of the night against the backdrop of the traditional warehouse architecture zone, it felt like I had slipped back in time to the old days of Edo.
