All right, so here’s my opinion of you you really wanna know you’re a good-looking kid you’re well spoken you look well dressed and you definitely know how to present a home personally I think if you were selling a 2 1/2 million dollar home you should take a little bit more time to show it Likes like Chakits kruswat does all of it features but you’re smooth and well spoken so you make up for it in your own way good job I just subscribe to your channel and the overlook is nice but it’s not as nice as where I live in the ridges
Thanks for the feedback Dr. Michaels, it’s well said and well received. The Ridges is one of the best communities there is, we’ve done a tour there not too long ago inside RedHawk, 20 Skybird Court (titled $1Million in upgrades), truly an amazing property.
Overall a beautiful home and a great presentation. But I’m not a fan of the kitchen cabinetry. Too much paneling, color is bland reminds me of the wooden paneling of the 1970s. That kitchen takes away from the home. The rest of the house spectacular beautiful loved it.
A lot of house for the money but for that price I would like a view. And you need to bring a little more knowledge to the table for the kitchen appliances.

Single story homes do fetch more in price per square foot than two story homes, mainly due to the footprint and process required to build them, as well as the demand amongst buyers seeking for that one-level living

Big windows and fireplaces and desert heat don't go well together....
Can you believe we have had multiple snow days in the last two months in Vegas? That fireplace came in handy during those times for sure

I totally agree! I would make the cabinets a different color to give more "pop" to the color scheme.

i don't understand why those package kiosks at the entries aren't just one size. a small box will fit into a big opening, same as a large one.
