It disappears after menstruation.. if it doesn’t so use besan(gram flour/chickpea flour) only use besan twice a day as cleanser or face wash n ur Pimple will just disappear within 2-3 days I have used this that is why I’m telling just use besan.. n apply Aloe Vera gel as moisturizer becoz besan absorbs the oil on face n we feel like the skin is dry but it’s not that serious..
