ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup evaporated milk
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
toppings:
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup quick melting cheese, grated(more if preferred)
1/2 cup ham, bits/diced (more if preferred)
