This album was Randy's third and at this point Randy was a very accomplished musician. His song writing had always been very strong but now his guitar work was catching up. For many this album was their first exposure to Randy Stonehill and it had strong sales numbers. Larry Norman both produced and played guitar on the album. Point of trivia is that T-Bone Burnett joined the album as a bass player.

I bought this album in a little Bible book store in Duluth, Minnesota around 1978! I was a new Christian and saw Chuck Girard in concert there, so I bought his album too! Back to the beginning! Amen! 🙌☝️

This music really ministered to me back in the day when I was a teen. Randy and other guys like Larry Norman helped encourage me to keep my faith; to keep me running the race God set before me. These are brilliant songs and albums. Thank you Randy! As an Aussie, I want to add “Good on ya mate!!”

Yes. It is from side one of the LP, "Welcome To Paradise". Side one is is subtitled: "Paradise Lost", while side two is titled "Paradise Regained". WTP was a contrast between "Then and Now" when the album was recorded in the 70s. Nice catch! This song is an epitome of a style of pop music which is known today as "alternative". Randy was, and always will be, way ahead of his time.
