Treated my father and myself to a fantastic day out at The Great British Car Journey, Belper, Derbyshire.
This museum opened up last year offering an well curated collection of classic cars detailing British Car design and innovation.
Right back to the start of the 20th century up to modern day motoring, this museum offers a very interesting array of vehicles and stories.
This is 1 of 6 cars we drove that day with instructors Zach & Simon.

These cars I owned and drived back in the Day had several p4s even the old Cyclops with centre lamp they were heavy on the steering as no Pas but lovely and easy to drive I'm still all this time on looking out for one they are built like a tank if you get the right one hope you enjoyed the experience
It felt like a substantial vehicle from the rear passenger bench. Smooth, wafty ride with the 6 cylinder up front .

The bloke in the back obviously doesn't double de clutch very often, because you have to blip the throttle when in neutral if changing down and when going up you just take you time. The 1st gear whine is because its got straight cut gears non syncro
I can't make excuses, I rev match and double clutch my modern car but that all went out the window on the day
Has various driving licenses : check
Can drive hgv and public transport : check
Allowed to drive dads car: Nope not today son!
