I have going to estate sales, auctions, and garage sales my hole life. I drive a van and treat it like a truck...except my stuff can't get stolen. My current van has been hit on all sides and corners and only 1/5 people stopped. I recently told my husband that I'm a bit embarrassed to be seen in it. He started showing me car adds for $20-30,000. Your truck/trailer story reminds me how quickly a nice car can become not nice. FYI...my deductible is $1000. Most repairs were $1500. Do you get a work van/truck fixed?
