Hello you all
I'm impressed by vegetables,leaves ,fruits picked to make traditional dishes.A row of charcoal stones for grilling,frying fish,snails,chickens,crabs and another corner,many women make Samlar karko,s.praheur,Teuk kreung with Prahok( fish+ snail,so delicious!!!!).The dishes are ordered in advance and restored in individual kiosks!!Plastic bottles stock shows Pteas Me Lan restaurant's boss respecting environment! Congratulations.
The 2nd restaurant is so good too,as big but better arranged,many kiosks, swimming pool,tents can be installed,rabbit enclosure,then the name The Soun Tunsay for this restaurant!!Thanks.
