- This video introduces you to the Japanese task management tool Kanban. It's a simple, ADHD-friendly tool which develops your decision-making skills and focuses on your work (rather than all those tasks which need doing one day...)

Fantastic. I'm going to try it for Treargel.
very clear and super useful!! Thank you
So glad you enjoyed- it really can be very flexibly used (using headers which are meaningful to you is good too...)
Very interesting video. Nicely done.
Thanks Tilo, that means a lot from you - UA-cam expert :)
Makes perfect sense. Very simple. Can’t wait to start my board 😄🙏🏼
Thank you! Let me know if you have any questions?
Thank you Sarah. Very interesting.
Glad you enjoyed it!
May just give this a go. Thanks Sarah.
Go for it- and do ask if you have any queries...
Very informative
Will try it, thank you
Thanks Pauline - if you try it feel free to ask questions later?!
I'm going to try this! Can I ask what did your headings mean? Ready..... Backlog...... Today.?
Hi Rachel, the three main categories of Kanban are: 1 Things you haven't done yet = 'COULD DOs' 2. The things you are focussing on RIGHT now = DOING 3. The things you already did = DONEs
You can expand the 'COULD DOs' in any way that suits you. (Backlog could be stuff you don't want to forget, but isn't urgent; READY could be the next set of priorities; TODAY could be your list for today.) But this is the bit you need to tweak to fit you...
Nowadays I have a variety of vertical column headers on the left for all of my COULD DOs - categorised into projects (Eg BLOGS I want to write / CLIENTS I need to get in contact with / WORKSHOPS I'm developing etc Essentially that's where I capture everything I might do some day. Then I have a THIS WEEK column, next to DOING/ DONE. Things move from left to the right side; from the project headers across to the board to THIS WEEK, > DOING, > DONE (I empty DONEs at the end of the week.
