I always find it funny that people would buy items that are labeled as a ‘wallet’ or ‘small leather good’ and then wonder why they couldn’t fit more than some cash and cards. I mean - isn’t that what a wallet conceivably does? I get the idea of ‘pushing the envelope’ and trying to see if something could work with other configurations but really - we all have to manage our expectations for every item we purchase. Likewise this trend of adding chains to what has been intended to be something other than a bag (such as a vanity case) and then being annoyed with how difficult it is to use as a bag etc … it honestly just puzzles me.
I own the felicie Pochette and making it usable has been quite a challenge. I have gone through the trouble of buying several of my must have items for my purse in a miniature size. For example, the tiniest hand sanitizer I could find, a tiny compact, a mini size liquid lipstick, and foldable compact reading glasses. The included inserts are practically unusable if you plan to carry other items. I still love my bag and as you say, the look of it. I love that It can sit it up on the table while I’m having dinner and takes up virtually no space. Thank you for your videos.. keep up the excellent work!
A year later and I am watching all the UA-cam videos about the felicie , because this weekend I am going to purchase the Felicie, so I like to do my research, I will use it only for date nights and special events , I am still waiting to get my Graceful pm ( I bought it online ) that bag I will use as my daily bag, I love all your bags :)
I love the Felicie but yes it is tiny, I don’t put anything Inside except for the 2 inserts that comes with it and my car key. I think it is consider a WOC more than a bag ❤️🥰
I love my pochette felicie but I almost never use those pouches with the bag together. Also I never took it travel. To me, it is a perfect bag for running arrant or grocery shopping.
For me Felicie suits fine. I usually carry almost nothing. But… when I wear Felicie it hurts. Yes the chain is beautiful, just not for me. I ended up using a chain from a Prada woc. And it doesn’t hurt at all. Many of my friends had the same complaints about the chain. I love the woody and going to get one for summer. It’s a beautiful bag! I was worried about the wear and tear. However yours look wonderful. I am going to get a small one with a strap. Hope it will hold up well!
Totally agree. It’s one of my first luxury bags and I used it as a clutch, as a woc and as a crossbody. It fits my sunglasses, my key, my phone and a lipstick so I think it is very functional

The Félice empreinte is my most used bag 🤣 aww but it’s definitely to go for a walk/errand/lunch/concert and fits great in a larger bag like a wallet. I get my card case, keys, sanitising wipes, attack alarm and phone with a case and it’s fine. But it’s not really a bag for all day, for sure 🥰

Interesting to hear other views. The Gucci Dionysus is heavy to carry all day, I agree with your Mum but the Félicie is a great evening or special occasion bag. Fits car fob & house key, phone, powder compact and a lipstick. Granted, the pouches are redundant really as people can pay by phone so no need for a card holder. It’s not really a day bag but it will do a quick run to the shops if needed.
Such a shame about the pochette felicie! I have thought the same about that bag - I love the look of it too (especially in the empreinte) but it’s just too thin! Love your Chloe tote ❤ xx

I had same Victorine wallet, sent it to repair because the metal closure mechanism broke but when they sent it back, the interior was damaged. They offered me store credit but couldn’t find Scarlet color anymore😭😭😭 It was my favorite wallet
Aww, I'm so sad about the Felicie. I have the original and I love it. However, I don't use the inserts with it. I use those in other bags. Also the wallet I have is the LV pocket organizer. It's a bit thinner than the red one you have. Also, for keys I only carry my key fob. What fits for me: my phone (S22 Ultra), wallet, key, small hand sanitizer, small hand cream, and a lip item.
I’ve been eyeing the Felicie for a while! There’s soooo many mixed reviews. I do like smaller bags since it keeps me from overpacking 😅 All I need is my card holder, lip balm, hand sanitizer and my FOB. Glad to hear you love yours!
I found the exact issue with the GG PureStars! I took them to Paris, and because of all the walking and my feet swelling to 1/2 size bigger, I got a few blisters and rubbed areas :( I did wear them a good amount of the trip but only because it was one of my main pairs of shoes. Definitely ok to wear for day to day errands but not a good travel shoe! I think also because GG run a little narrower/tapered, so a slightly wider foot would have a more difficult time.

I have treated mine with scotchguard and it has worked really well for me. The bag is robust anyway but the scotchguard gave me the extra peace of mind and hasnt caused any discolouration or issues. I did cover the leather bits with cling film to avoid getting scotchguard on them though as I was worried it may not sit well with it. But otherwise its been fine!
The Pochete is really for a night out or lunch with friends when you’ll only take your phone, lipstick and a credit card! It’s like the Chanel WOC but a little bigger, so your keys fit lol a hack that I’ve been using with mine is that I open the chain and put on my (big) keychain and it stays like a charm, accessorizing the bag 💫

I love mine too, but use it exclusively for evenings out where I'm carrying the least.

I’m diabetic I need insulin blood test kits etc. I have zero issues with the packing or usability LV pochette felicie at all.

Exactly. It's an evening bag, strictly for cards, phone and maybe a lipstick. Not sunglasses, suncreams and receipts.
