I think side length 50mm should be from top of plane, you have to do 50-15=35mm, it should'nt be 50mm, see videoat 4:26

Yes true....but if you check most usa based company like JCB,CAT, whirlpool, Cummins do work on Creo....
And also there are lot of other big companies in India use to work on Creo like Tata motor,Tara technologies,kpit,tech Mahindra,L&T etc...
So if you prepare Creo well then your chances of getting job on those companies will be high...that's the logic...

Sir...is it compulsory to set working directory at start ...or not set ok?wat is its use...

Set working directory is a good practice always... imagine you are working and forget to save and your system get shutdown..then what?
I know you will tell run the trail file and all but why do so...simple set the work directory and design freely right.
