For the ppl keep saying is only PVE! This is the reason why ppl say dragon ball fans can’t read… The game tells you - the new strong attack is only in PVE the stats will apply to PvP and TOP.

This Arts upgrade is pretty helpful, though i think it doesn't do anything because it just increases power level, i do recommend for you to go Ultra space-time rush, since you can exchange rush-medals/zenkai-rush-medals for it(I haven't even arts upgraded a character, idk if it's even useful or not🤷)

For anyone wondering, the arts boost itself and heavy attack dont apply to pvp, only the stats carry over to pvp.

These are only for grinding, it says that these boosts will not affect pvp at all but only events, story and etc.
The heavy hitting mechanic will not be In pvp the stats do carry over to pvp
