Tq for all the sweet replies😭 it's so hard for me bcs im battling w depression almost every single day of my life since i was 16. A family suppose to support one another but my family *is* the reason of my depression. Not bcs of school, bully or my appereance. For me, depression bcs of family is the worse depression. Bcs people always say like "hey, i know youre having a bad day but atleast you have a family that will always be by your side and support you all the time." Sorry, i cant relate. Not all families are like other families. Sometimes it's so hard for me to stay alive. Sometimes i feel like i dont wanna live anymore but at the same time, im afraid to die. Yet, i believe in god. Yes, i feel lonely all the time. Yes, I rank the highest stage in depression. But i believe in god. And that's the only reason why im still okay. Dont worry.😇 Im okay.😇
Maisarah Haris im also had an experience dealing with it but i dont know how tk help u... the best think i could suggest is just ask Allah help... if u belive in Allah, Allah will grant u any wishes if u fully trust in Allah... ill give u example Allah is the one who have everything and Allah is also the one who give it to anyone who Allah wants to give... my last suggestion is to believe that every think in this world no matter its happiness or sadness IT IS A TEST and the test that is obvious shows how much Allah loves u because Allah don’t want u to forget about him that’s all... ill pray for ur happiness ok, we are in this together 😊

in the asian store, I lean towards searching for certified halal, but other supermarkets I usually just check if it's suitable for vegetarians and contains no meat / alcohol! it depends really
