I'm so glad that they have had a couple of breaks in the weather, so that they could move all of the animals to safety! I have been Praying for your Daddy's and Mama's house and all the fences and infrastructure! Thank God that it hasn't been raining non stop to wear they couldn't get anything done! I can see why you want your mom safe with you, I would want the same thing, but I also feel that I would be like your mom and want to stay there by my property, especially if your dad refuses to move! I'm glad that PawPaw at least is over by Kim's house, it's got to be driving him crazy to be sitting in someone else's house! Tina, I am a 70 yr old stubborn old woman, I have sat thru tornadoes and floods too. When my place goes I will go with it. I intend to be cremated when I die so I can be buried on my homeplace. My kids know this and nobody argues with me. Just the way old people are.

Just have to say, your use of hands to explain the whole water vs land change issue is far more understandable than what others have done. Two feet of water inside your parents' home is still an overwhelming thought to me. Seeing what has happened on Morrow Hill has certainly helped me understand why some chose to move off the hill after Hurricane Harvey. Stay strong! I live at a distance from my family and I understand how it feels to want to be there to help during a crisis and not being able to get there.

Just have to say, your use of hands to explain the whole water vs land change issue is far more understandable than what others have done. Two feet of water inside your parents' home is still an overwhelming thought to me. Seeing what has happened on Morrow Hill has certainly helped me understand why some chose to move off the hill after Hurricane Harvey. Stay strong! I live at a distance from my family and I understand how it feels to want to be there to help during a crisis and not being able to get there.
Buddy talked about the devolvement across and the drainage situation from it in one of their videos. It's definitely worrisome.

Tina I know how you feel. I just lost my big brother & while all the family & him were going through a horrible time . I couldnt het up there to be there for them all & help them. It tore my heart apart. I feel like a failure to my family. I live in a different state . Was so very hard. I still unable to go. Theyre having a life celebration in June so praying I can make that. All that said to let you know I know exactly how youre feeling. Hugs n prayers

The Houston news actually did a flyover in a helicopter of morrow hill you can see your parents house and everything. It’s on UA-cam.
