1.Use Foil tape and cover nearby components before heading.
2. Clean the place using desoldering wick after removal of MOSFET
3. Put some soldering ion in board then place the MOSFET
Bro I am a PCB designer
Before the Desoldering component refer a data sheet .. in that they I'll mention temperature guide line ..don't give 330°C some time component vandurum but pcb oda track uhm vandurum low quality la irundha
Normally use 250°c in soldering station athuvae pothum correct ah panna

Use good flux before Desoldering the component
And after soldering USE the IPA ( isopropyl alcohol) to remove the solder flux or it will create the contact between two components.
This is basic mandatory while doing soldering thing.
Mudincha Smd capacitor la vaangi vachukonga .. it's cheap like 1₹ if u order more than 100 piece.

Hand soldering varala na .. use hot blower to solder the SMD components

Don't use in 330° c in blower component damage only use in 230° or 250 ° c is enough for remove the components

VRM Regulator is a multiphase buck converter. We should select the proper MOSFET, otherwise it will again damage because OEM will configure it's deadtime and gate resistances to maintain optimal losses. If we change the MOSFET without knowing the parameter( gate charge, Rdson,Maximum Drain current)
It will have a significant impact on the losses and in the worst case the deadtime will not be sufficient and it will have cross conduction and MOSFET will break.
