I believe UNIQ was formed to promote mainly in China. The two Korean members they had, Sungjoo lived and went to school in Beijing when he was a child so he can speak Mandarin and read Chinese, and Seungyoun was always a fast learner with languages. Groups like Seventeen and GOT7 are different because they're still primarily Korean groups and weren't formed to make it big in China. Almost all of UNIQ's songs had a Chinese version along with the Korean. The stupid thing is, Xue Minghao works in China even though everyone knows he's most famous for being a member of the Korean group Seventeen. But UNIQ wasn't allowed to perform in China because they had Korean members, even if they sang every song in Chinese. It doesn't make sense.

They will make a comeback one day. Many UNICORNS are waiting for that day. I saw YIBO and Wen Han's interactions on the WeiBo awards night. It was so comfortable with the two of them. It seemed that time has not erased but strengthened their closeness.

They celebrate their anniversary thru wechat in 2020.
They're still in contact, just not promoting together. The last interaction of all 5 was when they celebrated their anniversary through WeChat back in October. The Chinese members have more contact with each other / more possibilities to see some of the three interact with each other, e.g. 12th Yuehua Concert or variety/music shows.

By the way, this is only a suggestion....is it possible with you guys to add three or two more members in your group? The trend now is more than five but not more than mine. Start composing songs with upbeat sound even it is love songs or lyrics that goes with the fast beats. One more thing that makes the performance strong were the dance routine and the steps which highlights more on the movements of your legs that shows the length of your limbs. I don't mean you have to leave your respective solo careers and change the original name of the group. You can use a name like " UNIQ + " cuz more members are more noticeable cuz it create more noise and movements. Think about it guys you still have room reserved for you guys.🙏💓💓💓😇

Have you even watched YIBO with UNIQ members? He grew up with them! Nothing can be compared to the blood and sweat that these 5 UNIQ members have gone through, the ups and downs and the close camaraderie. They slept and trained and ate together, laughed and cried together. Their disappointment at the way things turned out for them is not something that any outsider could really feel except the 5 of them. So their closeness can't be compared with anyone else. They will make a comeback one day. Many UNICORNS are waiting for that day. I saw YIBO and Wen Han's interactions on the WeiBo awards night. It was so comfortable with the two of them. It seemed that time has not erased but strengthened their closeness.
