There isn't restrictions, its just since several groups debut and get popular every year, the older groups get set aside and become less known for the next generations. Its like for every 7 years there is a new set of groups catered for that certain age group... I bet some adults in Korea still listen to them and younger generations still respect them.. but international kpop fans know less about 1st and 2nd gen groups now
I only discovered this because of Superstar YG. I immediately fell in love with the song because it reminded me of old-school 90s boyband songs. This song has a very good mood, not a sad song but because of very deep meaning and this song has a good soul it could make me cry a lot.
