XLRS Transmitters modify Joysticks Mode2 to Mode1.

In this example, we modified the XPAD3 transmitter joysticks from Mode2 to Mode1.
Note: This modification is the same for XPAD2, XPAD3 and GCSD4 or similar XLRS Transmitters.
