Hi my name is John Kelly and I'm a truck accident attorney based out of Phoenix Arizona but I handle truck accidents throughout the nation and I'd like to talk to you today about corporate representatives and actually getting to know the corporation that injured you so that we can maximize your recovery anytime that we have a commercial vehicle involved in an accident there's going to be a company behind that driver that is a bigger company because they've been licensed to haul a large amount of products in the back of that trailer so there's a lot of federal rules and state regulations that these companies need to follow one of the things that our Law Firm always makes sure you have as a plaintiff is a team of individuals that are going to be able to interview the people within that Corporation to figure out what happened in this particular accident so I always have investigators you know I have my experts I have attorneys and paralegals that are all working to make sure that we're gathering this information one of the key things that we do is we request depositions which is an interview with corporate representatives and the federal rules it's called a 30 B6 rep deposition and so what we can do is we can actually tell the corporation here's the issues that we want to talk to you about if we think the driver was sleeping or had fallen asleep at the wheel we want a corporate rep to come and tell us about the company's training policies about you know driver sleepiness can we get someone in the corporation that's going to talk to us about their training that deposition we requested they are then obligated to present the person in their company whether it doesn't matter who the company is they have to identify an individual to come and actually tell us about that and they're going to be held responsible for whatever that corporate rep says and we can use that information against them at trial if we end up there if you decide to take your case to trial so when we're identifying a corporate rep we're telling them just what subjects we want to talk about it may be two individuals it may be three individuals that they present to us but they're on those subjects what is the training of your employee maybe or what is the maintenance person and and how do you maintain maintenance records of the trucks these are things that we do to make sure that we're Gathering all the information we can to maximize your recovery so if there's a commercial vehicle accident and you need an investigative team to come out and look at it we're happy to travel we're happy get on a plane and go out there if we're a right fit for your case so please if you do have a trucking accident give us a call at Kelly Law team 602-283-4122
