Your vibe is probably bts- I need you MV 19 + ver Bts- fake love MV BTS- don’t leave me ( doesn’t have MV) , it’s a Japanese song ( sounds like an anime song lol), react to a lyrics video. Bts- louder than bombs ( doesn’t have Mv ) Bts- dis ease ( doesn’t have MV ) Bts- Dionysius (doesn’t have MV but does performance ) Bts- boy in luv MV Bts- fire MV Bts- dope MV ( one of them is dressed as Conan from the anime ) Bts- Run BTS ( doesn’t have Mv )
And why is it always title tracks ? There are sooooo many bra great music that aren’t title tracks. Not saying their bad what I’m saying is the people who requested songs like yet to come to new people feel like they are kpop fans rather then army .
The person that suggested these songs failed and most likely baby army. Id start with their first song, no more dream. Then blood sweat and tears, danger, airplane part 2 so that it shows their range.
Yet to come is their last song before the temporary hiatus for military. It’s filled with references of all their old iconic music videos . (All the members will be back by June 2025 and start making music and touring as a group again)
Blackswan is about their real fear their fear of losing their passion for there art eg songwriting, composing, producing, Rapping, Singing, Dancing at a time when they were so worn out. It from the MAP of soul album that explores themselves as individuals and as group via the pychological thoeries of 'Persona', 'Ego' and 'Shadow'. This song explore their 'Shadow' (fears) so when the large dark shadow falls to nothing it's them making peace with their fears and over coming them.
Other songs with a dark aesthetic or rock elements that were good to recommend: "Fake Love (Extended ver.)", "Danger", "Danger (Mo-Blue-Mix)", "Dionysus", "Blood, Sweat & Tears", " 'On' Official MV", "Run BTS", "Louder than bombs". And solo mvs: "Singularity" (R&B but really good), "Set me free pt.2", "More", "Arson", "Boy meets evil", "Interlude: Shadow", "Moonchild", "Change pt.2". Also Jungkook's "Standing next to you" and Jin's "Epiphany" (not really dark but good songs anyways).
There's 3 rappers in BTS. The one you asked first is Suga@AgustD. The deep voice you said got the vibe is RM, the leader. The happy one with cap n shorts is J-hope. RM was featured in Megan Thee Stallion's latest single, neva play released last friday. Yet to come was from their anthology album, proof. The last album they released as a group before enlisting in the military. When they said the best is yet to come, they didn't lie. Their solo work after this album are crazy!. Dynamite is from their english trilogy released during the pandemic. It was supposed to make people happy. Black swan is from their 2020 album, map of the soul:7. It talks about the fear of losing passion. The solo dancer is Jimin, one of their main dancer. On is also from the same album. On actually had another mv titled on😅. It's more on the storyline. DNA, mic drop and idol are from their love yourself series. Whatever they're flexing in mic drop is true. They sold out wembley stadium and the rose bowl in 90 minutes in 2019 and in 2022, they sold out sofi stadium in 15 minutes. Idol has a lot of cultural reference. You need an explanation video to understand it. Boy with luv is from map of the soul: persona album. Boy with luv is served as parallel song to their earlier song, boy in luv. Nice reaction btw. You should see their solo work. It's most recent release in 2022-2024 timeframe. RM (lost), Jin (the astronaut), Suga@AgustD (haegeum), J-hope (neuron), Jimin (who), V (fri(end)s) and Jungkook (standing next to you). Hope you will enjoy your journey!
So many things may seem random in first look, but every single thing is intentional from props to edits to lyrics, even if it just seems like a love song at surface level
I love how you keep telling that this your favourite rapper in the group in every MV while pointing out two different people every time (Suga/Agust D and J-Hope). And while my bias is Suga/Agust D, I genuinely think that there's no competition between BTS' rappers. They all amazing and all three of them have distinctively different styles. It's not the question of being the best, its the question of who speaks to you the most. I personally love all of their solo projects equally. Also, idk who recommended you these MVs but this is some randome af bunch for the new person to the group. Like, Yet To Come was for their 9 years anniversary and goodbye for fans before their military enlistment and MV was all about references to their older MVs, that's why you can see the same gesture from Jimin in another MV.
Jimin with the high voice was the solo dancer in Black Swan and in Dynamite was the one who hit the high notes. oh yes the Rapper you liked is J Hope who was part of the underground hip hop scene as a dancer.
For song Yet To Come there are simbolis for their old songs like the truck from their song Run/Save Me. Marry go round (i didn't know what it said in english) from Spring Day. The number at trailer 20219 from Save me. The statue from Blood sweat and Tears. The school bus from No More Dream. The piano from song First Love. Cmiiw
I guess I can suggest a few of their songs based on your preference. Airplane pt.2 by BTS House of Cards (Vocal unit) The Truth untold (Vocal unit) Ddaeng (Rap unit) Tear (Rap unit) Singularity by V There's no music video for most of these but you can watch the live performances.
Loved your reaction. Thank you for checking out our boys. Glad you liked them. Enjoy your journey down the rabbit hole. We don’t mind you pausing. Stay safe.💕😍
They formed a strand of DNA and also notice when the touch their fore arms they are using international sign language for DNA. They used sign language in another song their 3rd full English song (part of the 3 pick me up songs in covid period) 'Permission To Dance'
16:20 I'm glad you liked him. He's J-hope, we also call him our sunshine bc of his personality. You'll understand eventually, that is if his not in his 'dance teacher mode' (bc he's the dance leader of the grp), behind the stage or not performing 😉
You forget about the explanation for song Idol 😅😅 by DKDK TV. It seems like he confused about this song. How about check out the studio version and the live stage fersion. Their performance feels different but better live.
IDOL diss track to those who were saying they had 'Become too Westendised' so they went to town on this one with lots of references to Korean culture in beats, dress, dance moves Korean mythology . They are are also saying there are many different sides to them but that is who they are and no matter what you haters say we say you'll never make us stop loving ourselves.
I absolutely LOVE Yet To Come, but honestly - to me, it's a song for the fans before they all go to the military, as a promise to come back together as a team again, and the future will be great. 😂
Some good songs for you that you will hopefully at least like are: Louder than Bombs, We are Bulletproof the eternal, Dope, Springday, Look Here, Pide Piper, war of Hormone, Disease, Danger, Attack on Bangtan, Answer Love Yourself, and Fire. These are just a few out of 200+ songs. These boys also have solo and duelist songs. They have something for everyone. I just picked a few I knew you will like. But also through in a few more. So you can hear them in different lights. Each song ai personally believe different members shine brighter than other songs. Do enjoy
seems like your really into the rappers the 3 rappers have a rap chypher series with 4 parts you could check out and if you really wanna get into bts you could check out the guide to them their a great group of boys hope to see you become a A.R.M.Y. Borahae!!💜💜
BTS performed DNA at the AMA (American music Awards) 2017 and it's from the Love yourself trilogy of albums where they look at the idea of the need to learn to accept yourself and love yourself before you are able to accept other and love others.. They gave away a huge amount of money from the proficts off those Love yourself Album to Unicef's campaign to end violence and bullying of children and young people.
Fantastic songs with great era memories, and their music today is so different and bangin’. Don’t get the impression that this is them now. I hope you check out some of their recent works
Dynamite one of 3 fully English songs that were made to pick people up in Covid and number 1 on the USA billboard Hot 100 at that time when they had 6 Number one's all leap frogging each other for weeks on end on the USA billboard Hot 100 They only group to have number 1's (total of 6) on the Billboard Hot 100. Also 3 members are the only Solo South Koreans to have number 1's on the USA billboard Hot 100 eg Jimin with 'Like Crazy' the first ever South Korean to have a number 1 on the USA billboard Hot 100. Then Jungkook with with 'SEVEN' and now RM with 'Neva Play'.
Bts is so pettyyy in the best way of course. You will love the cipher and the rapline songs. I love them💜 Ps: why are people complaining about the songs picked. They are good starter pack imo.
Halsey has a verse in the Spotify version, it's just that she usually can't be with them for performances or award shows so the official version doesn’t include that.
Hii Azurael.. I hope u read this. I just wanna say that, people hardly know this but BTS has a very strong Hip Hop element on their music, especially old school hip hop. 2 of the members came from underground rappers, and 1 from hip hop street dancer. So yea.. they're really good. And they really were and still are the students of the game. This list right here are some of their best songs and tracks. Please react to these : 1. *Monster* by RM (og track from Grown Simba, J.Cole) 2. *Hip Hop Phile* (here they pay homage to the legendss. Talkin abt Tupac, Biggie, JayZ, Nas, Rakim, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg (also specifically talk abt the album Illmatic, The Chronic, Doggy Style and 2002 too) they also mentioned KRS-ONE, Kendrick Lamar, Gang Starr, Pete Rock, CL Smooth, J.Cole and a lot more. And they basically telling their stories of how they got deep into the culture). 3. *Cypher pt.1-4* by the Rap Line (straight up Cyphers, and pt. 1-3 they added some old school Boom Bap typa beat) 4. *Joke* by RM (og track by Run The Jewels, Oh My Darling) 5. *Born Singer* (og by Born Sinner, J.Cole) 6. *Agust D* and *Daechwita* by Agust D 7. *Persona* by RM (mixed of hip hop and a lil bit of rock) 8. *Sexy Nukim* by Balming Tiger ft. RM 9. *Ddaeng* by the Rap Line (traditional instrument, mixed with trap beat) 10. *Snooze* by Agust D 11. *Strange* by Agust D ft. RM 12. *Look Here* I suggest to check out the lyric videos, or MV with lyrics. Bcs their wordplay is amazing, and also deep. These songs right here serve Vocal, Raps, Lyrics/stories, instruments, just high quality productions. And honestly some of them are pretty underrated and TRUST ME.. just TRUST MEE You will love them Btw thank you
I'd even add 'Ugh' by the rapline. There's no mv but they did perform it live. This one has English subtitles.....if you can read them while doing headbangs.🤘ua-cam.com/video/HPZdb5bptCQ/v-deo.htmlsi=dHpa_b0TCtlHF7Qi
ON is about them waking up in hotel rooms not able to understand people around them, of fighting to keep moving forward of never giving up, of supporting each other together that fighting spirit and brothership together they'll get through it together they'll remain strong.
It's also about the Ego (Jung's psychology). It's Map of the Soul and puts the Shadow that was (first) encountered in "Black Swan" from the unconscious part of self - wich hurts - into the conscious to meld it with the Persona part to get to Ego - as close as possible to the true self.
@@ruthfischer7615 Correct but was in a hurry to get to a meeting so didn't type anymore. I hoped someone else would take over from where I left off. Thank you 💜
You’ll better understand the yet to come music video after you’ve watched more of their MVs. It calls back past MVs. The school bus, the carousel, piano, etc. it’s a nice song but definitely not one that should be recommended to a new listener. Glad you liked it tho.
Mic Drop is a Diss track to all their haters with their receipts and yes they are the most Awards artists not just within the Kpop Industry but are not the most award Artist in the history of modern music with 1,400 Music awards, 5 grammy nominations, 31 Guinness World Records. They broke the Beatles record, Micheal Jackson's record and many many more plus they have numberous Firsts. They have a museum within the the Company they built on their 'Blood, Sweat and Tears' (also one of their songs) where all their awards are housed. They took a tiny company that was on the verge of Bankruptcy 'BigHit' and turned it into' HYBE Labels' now the biggest Kpop Company over taking the Industries so called 'Big 3'. They have shares in their company and complete creative freedom.
okay i would prefer if you react to some solo get to know members before watching their more group music nuts by rm abyss by jin more by jhope haeguem by suga\agustD standing next to you by jungkook slow dancing by V set me free pt2 by jimin or you can simply check out the solo albums one by one also do watch the guide to know members better also a tip, try recognising them by their voices
i know i’m kinda late but id love to see your reaction to BIBI a korean rapper/singer here are some of my favorite work from her -animal farm -kazino -amigos w becky g -JOTTO -blade
8:19 Nah this shi is crazy I was just looking up the Lookism song after like so long and then I am watching this video next, he drops the first ever Lookism reference I've ever heard out of nowhere!
Hi, Good reaction, ty. Yet to Come is an army song. it was one of 3 songs they left us before military. It's full of feels to us. U may like Run BTS. it's more rap. Dynamite was their 1st Eng song made during pandemic to give us energy. If it made u happy it did its job. =0] Black Swan is great. And it's moody. Rapline is RM- main rapper, leader. Suga/Agust D -main rapper, producer, JHope -main dancer, dance leader, rapper, sub vocal. Suga and Jhope u liked in a few vids. Black Swan has another video. It's cool too. ON is great too. The high vocal is Jimin my bias. Blue haired white fit. His the 2nd main dancer. He does have the highest vocal in the group. But the vocal line go high. The production is my fav on this. Chef's kiss. To recognize the members u can watch solo stuff or a guide or both. Ignore the hair colors. Focus on the face. This song has another MV. It's like a movie. DNA is good. Pop and catchy. Good choreo. They got big in USA with this song. Like they started blowing up. Mic Drop is good. Loved it on 1st listen. It's a hip hop song yep. JHope starts us off. Mint haired Suga is iconic. They get too much hate that they don't deserve. They have a lot of songs flexing and for the haters. Their music is so catchy. Love it. Boy with Luv ft. Halsey is my intro song. Love it. Halsey has more parts on the Spotify. They look like anime because anime is based on idols! This song was for stage performances so she sang less in the MV. Love song for the fans yes. Idol is good. The video is not random. There are a lot of layers. Pls watch explanation video. Later's. #YouAreEnough -NY USA 2019 Army
For a rap and rock song from a BTS member, J Hope (one of the rappers you like), has a song like that called 'More'. There's a mv for it. He was a rockstar in his performance at Lollapalooza. Between their solo work and their group releases, you get every kind of genre. BTS are sooooo talented!💜💜💜
Not today would be something I guess you might like. And the Cypher songs - as they are from the rap line. Oh! And before they went to the military, all of them left us solo projects. You might like J-Hope's More, Suga (Agust D's) Give it to me and RM's collab with Megan Thee Stallion: Neva Play.
If you're watching bts for the first time, i'd recommend BTS ROOM LIVE, it's a medley live performance of some of their songs from their different albums :)
Please don't talk so much over the video. Also please turn the video up, its so low, it's hard to hear. I am really glad you reacted to my boys! And I hope you react to more of their songs!
Hi, Good reaction, ty. I am glad u watched the Black Swan MV. The art film is this song but danced by a dance studio that BTS hired. U should check it out. Some of BTS songs have 2 or more MVs. It's a thing. 😅 This song is them being super vulnerable! So the choreo has to fit the lyrics. The song is based on this quote "A dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is more painful."- Martha Graham (1894-1991). The song is also based on the movie by the same name. We learn after BTS Festa 2022 Dinner that BTS are burned out. This song was telling us this. I love this song. This is almost 90% contemporary dance. And it is impressive since they were a hip hop group on debut in 2013. They k*lled it. They are lovely to watch. The choreo is wonderful. And check out their dance practices to each song from the album. =0) I am May 2019 Army and Jimin ult bias, Suga wrecker OT7. Love this album a lot. But BE album is my fav. My fav song is Your Eyes Tell. It's a Japanese OST. I don't think I have a fav song from the album. I love a bunch of them. Later's. #YouAreEnough -NY USA 2019 Army💜 Black Swan: Mainly written by RM, the one you like, is about their fears of losing all passion for music, either writing it or performing on stage. They are accepting their shadows and faults which they have to do to become whole and be able to hear their music muses again. Genius. MsBeatrice_81 said on 3/19/22 Fun fact: Before BTS began doing it, it wasn't normal at all for Korean idol groups to release songs with deeper meanings, discuss serious topics in their songs, acknowledge issues of vulnerability like burnout, depression or mental illness. It wasn't normal for idols to open up about their personal troubles at all. In fact, doing so got some idols thrown out of their companies. It was also not normal or common to have a running storyline/theme that is carried through multiple albums and/or MVs and songs. But BTS did it all so successfully, and broke those stigmas, to the point that now many other Korean idol groups have started trying to do those things, with varying degrees of sincerity and success. This song, its lyrics and MV are part of the "Shadow" portion of BTS's Map of the Soul era, in which they released albums and songs based on Carl Jung's theories regarding the Persona, Shadow, and Ego. This track is an exploration of their "shadow" selves' fear that they may someday lose their passion for their art - they ask if perhaps they are already losing it- and they wonder what comes after that "first death" of the loss of passion. In the end, they continue to fight for their passion and their art, claiming they won't be swept away by these fears again. I would encourage you to think about how counter-cultural BTS is being in songs like this: Not only are they dealing with topics that were taboo only a few years ago, but they're being unbelievably personally vulnerable, sincere and open. This is why we love them so much, and I'm sure you will, too! 💜 Hi I am back. Good reaction, ty. I am glad BTS helped u grow. This one has beautiful deep meaning of their lyrics. As you notice like lines " It would be my first death. That's what I'm afraid of ." It has that emotional theme of an artist fear for losing their passion for what they do. With this song BTS dives deep into their inner selves as artists and faces the shadows they had once hidden. The song lends voice to their fears that one day music will no longer be able to move or touch them. The very moment they come face to face with the ‘Black Swan’ within themselves, however, they are stricken with a paradoxical realization that music is all they have. It is a confession of an artist who has truly learned what music means to himself. It's also inspired from Martha Graham, who said “A dancer dies twice once when they stop dancing, and this first death is more painful.” Now with the band on a break from group work and focusing more on solo projects (solo albums). We know this was also a hint to us that they were struggling. I hope u watch all the performances for this song. =0] Stay safe. - 2019 ARMY NY USA 💜 Jen W said on 6/7/22 Black Swan ballet: changing from white to black swan - growing up, losing innocence. In retrospect after Festa 2022 when they announced the beginning of Chapter 2, (solo work & military before reuniting) I believe that Several songs on this album deal with the fact that they lost focus and inspiration and needed time to rest and reflect on their own before coming back together stronger than ever after the military. This embodies the Karl Jung’s psychological concept of Shadow, the dark part of your personality. From the album Map of the Soul 7 in 2020 that covers Shadow and Ego. The previous album was Map of the Soul- Persona. They were supposed to do a big world tour in 2020 to promote this album, then take a break for solo work and military service before reuniting. But Covid happened in early 2020 after they started promoting the album with this song and O.N., with 3 MV’s shot in LA California. Plans changed. Their big tour was cancelled. This led to Dynamite, the “pandemic album” BE, Butter, Permission to Dance (PTD), 2 Grammy nominations, the PDT tour in Soeul, LA& Vegas, their anthology album Proof. They finally started solo work one by one in late 2022 through late 2023 and the last 4 enlisted in December 2023. Jin comes back this June 12!!! Jhope in October and the rest in June 2025. @armyclowns2712 said on 6/31/24 "Black Swan" is about the fear of losing passion for art and the relationship artists have with their craft. Every object in the MV is a reference to their 10years of music each object even the rose is part of one of the songs. The 3 Rappers were from the South Korean underground Hip Hop screen 2 as Rappers of which one was also known as a producer and the 3rd Rapper as a Hip Hop dancer with the street Crew Neuron. They 3 Rappers are the main song writers, with one of them writes and producers for other artists as well. All 7 members are Song writers, composer and Producers. The song Yet To Come is they looking about at the first 10years and saying the 'Best it still yet to come' We ain't done yet, it they are currently completing their military service but worked on their solo albums before starting their military service. As the can't legally work and take time off to promote while in the military they did a lot of extra work that's being released by their company as solo artists. They all return to use in June 2025 and their first back together Stadium concert tour begins in September with the online registration for the chance to buy a tickets starts in April 2025. Their individual solo work has been amazing breaking records all over the place with no promotion. The Rapper with the Dead voice is RM and he's just featured on Megan Thee Stallion's 'Neva Play' hit number 1 on USA billboard. This is return for BTS featuring Megan Thee Stallion on the remix of their number 1 billboard song 'Butter'.
I recommend Jhopes solo album Jack In the Box it has pop, grunge, old school hiphop I'm sure other Armys will inform u about a bunch of other content/music! Appreciate respectful and honest reactions/reviews have fun!!! 💜
Oh my friend....... when it comes to BTS nothing is a coincidence, most of their lyrics have really deep meanings behind simple words and their music videos have A LOT of simbolism in them. Thee are videos that explain a lot of them, since they also have lots of cultural references and the groups history's is very important as well. They have received a lot of hate... and Mic Drop and Idol are songs to their haters. Idol has a lot of simbolism in the music video. Yet to come has to many meanings for someone who doesntt know the band... It is a video recap of their 10 years in the biz with extracts from many different videos. These guys have over 600+ songs in their discography. With amazing movie like videos. The are also kings of live performances. You will love getting into them. If you want to know more about their personalities they also have vast amounts of behind the scenes footage, dance practive, their own variety show, staycation and vacation shows. Welcome to the family. ✌💜
You should react to Cristal snow by BTS or run by BTS 😊 And if you want to know more about kpop you can listen to blackpink which is a female group that can sing and rap the same level as BTS Or there is Ateez and Enhypen too
If you like rap you should check out older songs because BTS was suppose to debut as a Hip-Hop/RnB group at first but decided to debut as a Kpop group instead. So their older songs are way more rap heavy even tho they are songs that was already kinda in the pop or even Latin pop move. I personnally suggest Like for a more RnB vibe, War of hormone for more rap heavy same with the next song I'm gonna request called No more dream. And if you want latin pop you have airplanes pt.2 or you have Look here which are really good (Look here is personnally my fav). If you want more showcase of their vocal capabilities You can check out let me know, the truth untold, Mikrokosmos, Pied Piper or even House of cards. if you want to check out their solo stuff I suggest Joke by RM for heavy rap (Was meant to be a troll song to mock fast rappers that rap fast just to rap fast while saying random sh*t) Agust D (Which is Suga but his solo name) I suggest his song daechwita or his song Agust D (this song is a clap back at the people who was moking him for leaving underground rap to join a kpop group) or even Haegum. for J-Hope You have a couple but I would recommend chicken noodle soup ft Becky G, Arson or On the street featuring J.cole. For V, You can check out singularity for a more RnB/Jazzy vibe, winter bear for a more ballad type or stigma to check his high notes. For jungkook you have euphoria, Seven ft Latto or still with you which are ones I love. For Jin, You can check moon who ranked #5 in the rolling stones best boy band song of 2023 if I remember correctly, You can also check epiphany for high notes. And lastly for jimin you can check serendipity (Idk how to describe it but check it out), Filter (More sexy latin vibe) or Promise (more calm ballad type song) he also released songs recently I haven't been listening to much songs lately so Idk if they are good.
Alright, you need to listen to these songs pls: 😭 ~ Ddaeng ~ Spring Day ~ Gogo ~ Don't leave me ~ Butterfly ~ Anpanman ~ Magic shop ~ Ugh Its just a very few recommendations, BTS has a career of 11+ years. BTS has MANY songs in different genres.. I'll suggest you listen to their music by yourself too, it may be too many songs for you to react to. ❤
Anyone recommended you listen to Dynamite or Yet to Come (although an amazing song, very much song for long time fans to cope with them to leaving us to go to their military service) is very weird.
So, the rapper that you kept pointing out was Jhope. Whatever you do, please watch his solo videos for More and Arson. Trust me. Jhope was the first Kpop soloist to headline Lollapalooza, setting a festival record for ticket sales. The whole performance is on YT, so you could watch that also. I don’t think you will be disappointed, since you like harder music.
Do you ever show your face? I find it strange to react to an animated character. YET TO COME (June 2022) - The first music video you played would not have any real significant meaning, unless you are BTS ARMY, and have watched their previous music videos. This song was for ARMY and it references their previous work They did this because they wanted to let us know that they will be with us and that the best moments for them and ARMY are YET TO COME. And boy they weren't kidding. After the release of their anthology album PROOF (June 2022) and their announcement of their upcoming group break, they started their solo endeavors and they really were amazing. Then not long after their group break was announced (right after their YET TO COME in BUSAN concert) they announced their impending mandatory military enlistment. Then JIN announced he would be first, and he started the process on October 28, 2022, and enlisted on December 13, 2022. As of one year later, all seven members had released solo projects and had enlisted in the military. They will all be back as a group by June 2025. This music video was actually nominated for a Grammy. BTS have had 5 Grammy nominations so far. It's funny you said, "it's a strong start" and it was actually there last music video before they went on their break. DYNAMITE (Aug. 2020) - Was the first song that was a 100% English song released during the pandemic, and it was played everywhere. So I'm not surprised you think you've heard it before. The song was meant to uplift their fanbase during the pandemic, and it was included on their album BE (Nov. 2020), which is an album they released in 2020, and discussed their feelings and journey during the pandemic, and had songs to uplift ARMY and send "Hope for the Future". It was their first Billboard Hot 100 number 1 song. It broke UA-cams record for most views in 24 hours for a music video. BLACK SWAN (March 2020) - The song that made me ARMY. this song talks about their fear of losing their passion for their art. “A dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is more painful.” - Martha Graham. The rapper you said was your favorite was J-Hope, but I think you are blending SUGA and J-Hope together, because you mentioned SUGA's lyrics. Jimin Represents the Black Swan in this video, and he did an amazing job with his contemporary dance. Jimin trained in contemporary before BTS. There is also an orchestral version of this, with MN dance company doing their own interpretive contemporary dance to it. It's beautiful. ON (Feb. 2020) - You watched the ON: Kinetic Manifesto Film, which is more centered around the dance and lyricism. There is a music video to this song as well a commentary film. ALL three worth checking out. And the song is about their journey and how they have come this far. They worked very hard and neveer gave up no matter what. They just kept going on and on, and they will continue to go on and on, no matter how much hate, pain, or the many obstacles that come their way. It's an inspiring song. This song and Black Swan were released at the beginning of 2020, before the pandemic hit, and they had a world tour that got cancelled because of the pandemic. The album is called MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 (Feb. 2020), and it was meant to be their last album before going on their group break and military service, but the pandemic derailed their plans. The album became the highest selling album Globally in 2020, and got critical acclaim Globally. This song is also amazing live and in concert. You should check out the live performance at Grand Central Station in New York City, Jimmy Fallon show. IT's EPIC. DNA (Sept. 2017) - Is the title track for the LOVE YOURSELF: HER album. Part of a trilogy of albums. Love Yoursefl Her, Tear, and Answer. There is a story line that also runs through their albums. That's a whole other rabbit hole. Your are not ready. But, BTS started the storyline concept in their albums, and other KPOP group started doing it also. Fun Fact, DNA was the first song that BTS performed live in the USA, at the AMA's in 2017. It was their American TV debut. They won their first Artist of the year 4 years later at the AMA's on November 21, 2021. This made them the first Asian act to win the top prize at the AMAs since the category was established in 1996. MIC DROP (Sept. 2017) - is a message to their haters. BTS debuted in 2013 as a HIP HOP IDOL group, under a small independent label (Big Hit Entertainment). They were meant to be a straight up rap group, but their agency changed it to include singing and dancing. They got a lot of hate from the K-Pop industry for successfully bringing classic western hip hop to K-Pop, because they weren't doing it the standard K-Pop way. Then, the underground hip hop community, of which RM and SUGA were a part of before BTS, were giving them a lot of hate. So there are a lot of track group and solo, that were messages to the haters. Then they recieved racism, xenophobia, and more hate, from the Western and Global markets, the more successful they became. Even to this day they are targeted for smear campaigns and hate, just because they are BTS and they are so successful. That's who this song is for. It was released on their LOVE YOURSELF: HER album. It was very successful (the song and the album). It's classic BTS, from 2017. BOY WITH LOVE (or A Poem for Small Things - April 2019) - This song was released on their Map of the Soul: Persona album (April 2019). This is a fan song, as per RM of BTS stated that the whole album, except 2 songs, were written with the fans (ARMY) in mind, and this song specifically is for them. There is an alternative music video for ARMY. This is the title track for the album. RM also stated that he wrote from 80 to 90% of the songs on the album. Halsey was given the opportunity to write her own verse for the song, but she thought it sounded amazing just like it is, and she opted to just sing a couple of the lines. They are really good friends with her to this day, and SUGA has done a few collaborations with her. You should really check out the song INTRO: PERSONA, it's RM's solo track on Map of the Soul: Persona. It's one of my favorite RM songs. IDOL (Aug. 2018) - This song is the title track for the album LOVE YOURSELF: ANSWER, (released August 2018). This is a message also to their haters, but they are also telling people that you can't stop me loving myself. It has a lot of Korean references in the video and there is a really good explanation video, if you are interested in understanding.
Yet to come is the worse one for a first reaction at is it made out of references, but if you liked even without getting them then it's good. (I don't say that I don't like it, I actually loved this song, but people shouldn't start with this one)

Idk why someone would recommend Yet To Come to someone that never heard bts before lol like it won't make any sense, but glad you liked it
I agree
Yes it is strange😊
And why is it always title tracks ? There are sooooo many bra great music that aren’t title tracks. Not saying their bad what I’m saying is the people who requested songs like yet to come to new people feel like they are kpop fans rather then army .
I thought the same thing. At least they liked it.
@@musicbox6144agreed
The person that suggested these songs failed and most likely baby army. Id start with their first song, no more dream. Then blood sweat and tears, danger, airplane part 2 so that it shows their range.
Yh to me it seems like it's randomly picked. I'm glad he still liked it tho
Yet to come is their last song before the temporary hiatus for military. It’s filled with references of all their old iconic music videos .
(All the members will be back by June 2025 and start making music and touring as a group again)
Ohhh i seeee
@@AzuraelVT yeah. 6 members of bts are in the army. And one is back with us working on his solo album. we get it in Nov i think.
Yet to come was full of references from their old eras I can’t what for bts to come back in 2025
Wait^ 😭😭
@@elisaifran5806 jk’s should be stay alive , standing next to you , it’s pop.
Dynamite was a song to make people laugh and be happy during the pandemic lock down part and it helped us and them get through it for sure.
They sold out Sofi in pre-sales (damn scalpers!) for multiple days.
21:43 Fun fact about this beat: Suga aka Agust D aka Min Yoongi, made this beat in 2013 -2014-ish. It's on their official BTS channel
Yes. Why noone talk about that?
@@JackInTheBox0294 probably people forgot.
So many things may seem random in first look, but every single thing is intentional from props to edits to lyrics, even if it just seems like a love song at surface level
Halsey has a bigger part in the Spotify version
They are both great haha!
@@AzuraelVT the rapline is fire. U should check out the rapline songs like Outro:Tear.

43:21 Welcome another Yoongi bias to the Baby ARMY list👏🏼👏🏼
Youre gonna like Fake Love, Blood Sweat & Tears, House Of Cards, UGH! and of course the Cyphers
BTS has all types and genres of songs. What kind of song do you like? I can recommend you those type of songs to listen to as you are a new listener.
There’s another version of boy with luv , Halsey sings more there.
YIIPEEE BTS (pspsps I was the one who made the list, not an army idk much abt bts) I did make a nice selection.

why the hell did you recommend Yet to Come to a first time listner? it doesn't make any sense, anyway the other song selection was good.
You forget about the explanation for song Idol 😅😅 by DKDK TV. It seems like he confused about this song.
How about check out the studio version and the live stage fersion. Their performance feels different but better live.
Yet to Come tho? It's like starting to read a book from the last page. Lol
@@btstakescareofmewhenimsick4892 the list goes to the latest/newest song they’ve made. Iont know bts like that I just make the list.
Do enjoy

This was my intro to you 😁 new subscriber. Since you like Jhope a lot plus rap and rock. I highly recommend More and Arson.

Please react to these :
1. *Monster* by RM (og track from Grown Simba, J.Cole)
1-3 they added some old school Boom Bap typa beat)
4. *Joke* by RM (og track by Run The Jewels, Oh My Darling)
5. *Born Singer* (og by Born Sinner, J.Cole)
6. *Agust D* and *Daechwita* by Agust D
7. *Persona* by RM (mixed of hip hop and a lil bit of rock)
8. *Sexy Nukim* by Balming Tiger ft. RM
9. *Ddaeng* by the Rap Line (traditional instrument, mixed with trap beat)
10. *Snooze* by Agust D
11. *Strange* by Agust D ft. RM
12. *Look Here*
I suggest to check out the lyric videos, or MV with lyrics. Bcs their wordplay is amazing, and also deep.

I would suggest songs like fake love, dynamite, pied piper, dimple, boy with luv or blood sweat & tears
Please also check their live performance they are so really good at live and hype.
Nice nice, more BTS reaction pls. 💜
Later's. #YouAreEnough -NY USA 2019 Army💜
Black Swan: Mainly written by RM, the one you like, is about their fears of losing all passion for music, either writing it or performing on stage. It's also based on a quote by Martha Graham who was an important figure in the world of modern dance, "A dancer dies twice. Once when they stop dancing and this death is more painful." They've been doing this for a long time now and for some of them it's all they've ever done from a young age but realized music is their life.

Fun fact: Before BTS began doing it, it wasn't normal at all for Korean idol groups to release songs with deeper meanings, discuss serious topics in their songs, acknowledge issues of vulnerability like burnout, depression or mental illness.
Hi I am back.
- 2019 ARMY NY USA 💜

Black Swan ballet: changing from white to black swan - growing up, losing innocence.
Black Swan movie - sacrificing mental and physical health to reach the top.
Shadow/mirror images - self reflection.

Example: A couple of weeks ago Jimmy Fallon had BTS on his late night show. They performed a song called Idol at This Idol performance at Gyeongbokgung Palace as a background and wearing hanboks. There are so many amazing location Rich with Ancient history. Here is a link to the idol performance, so you can see the background visual of the palace. ua-cam.com/video/MXFkjMNXfpY/v-deo.html

The string instrument used is the Gayageum, a Korean zither.

You understood this 100%!

"Black Swan" is about the fear of losing passion for art and the relationship artists have with their craft.
The song's video opens with a quote from the late dancer Martha Graham: "A dancer dies twice -- once when they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful". The song's performances also acknowledge BTS' deepest fears and show how they choose to use those fears to grow creatively. The performances borrow heavily from modern dance to create an artistic spectacle.
Your vibe is probably bts- I need you MV 19 + ver
Bts- fake love MV
BTS- don’t leave ( doesn’t have MV)
, it’s a Japanese song ( sounds like an anime song lol), react to a lyrics video from every song with not MV)
Bts- louder than bombs ( doesn’t have Mv )
Bts- dis ease ( doesn’t have MV )
Bts- Dionysius (doesn’t have MV but does performance )
Bts- boy in luv MV
Bts- fire MV
Bts- dope MV ( one of them is dressed as Conan from the anime )
Bts- Run BTS ( doesn’t have Mv )
One thing Jimin is gonna do is eat the choreography. Please more BTS 💜
There's seven members in bts
3 rappers( rm , jhope, yoongi)
4 vocalists ( jimin , Jungkook, jin ,v)
I recommend Jhopes solo album Jack In the Box it has pop, grunge, old school hiphop
I'm sure other Armys will inform u about a bunch of other content/music! Appreciate respectful and honest reactions/reviews have fun!!! 💜
IVLOVE IT 💝
Oh my friend....... when it comes to BTS nothing is a coincidence, most of their lyrics have really deep meanings behind simple words and their music videos have A LOT of simbolism in them.
We want part 2 plzzzz❤
You asked if they did any song for the haters there has been s few lol..I recommend cypher 1-4 all 3 rappers
Thank u for reacting 💜💜
Ohh you said u like rock and your fav among the members is J-hope you should definitely check his song "more" then I'm sure you'll love it
Love the reaction, try another bts song or solo song each member, they are 4 singer n 3 rapper
Yet to Come has a lot of references that fans get but don't mean anything to someone who hasn't been into BTS for awhile.
過去のミュージックビデオを全て見てからこれを見るべきでしたね😅でも、その意味に過去のビデオで知るのも楽しいかも知れませんね😊
You should try watching ateez they all have unique voices
it’s very funny you mentioning snoopy when you saw j-hope because he likes snoopy so it’s associated a lot with him
You should react to Cristal snow by BTS or run by BTS 😊
And if you want to know more about kpop you can listen to blackpink which is a female group that can sing and rap the same level as BTS
Or there is Ateez and Enhypen too
If you like rap you should check out older songs because BTS was suppose to debut as a Hip-Hop/RnB group at first but decided to debut as a Kpop group instead.
U need to listen to
mic drop
Black swan
Spring day
Daechewitaa💜
Jimin is the pettiest in my opinion if you wanna see a member being petty lmao
Challenge to dive into the rabbit hole of BTS?
you should react to dimple and pied piper
BTS don't stay with one genre they are based in HipHop and R&B however they use whatever genre they like and mix them however they feel they want to.
Not a big fan of the song choices... All were mostly title tracks but they're always the most pop-y.
I love your reactions
Alright, you need to listen to these songs pls: 😭
~ Ddaeng
~ Spring Day
~ Gogo
~ Don't leave me
~ Butterfly
~ Anpanman
~ Magic shop
~ Ugh
Its just a very few recommendations, BTS has a career of 11+ years. BTS has MANY songs in different genres.. I'll suggest you listen to their music by yourself too, it may be too many songs for you to react to. ❤
Anyone recommended you listen to Dynamite or Yet to Come (although an amazing song, very much song for long time fans to cope with them to leaving us to go to their military service) is very weird.
the person giving the recommendations has to be someone who just got into bts
So, the rapper that you kept pointing out was Jhope. Whatever you do, please watch his solo videos for More and Arson. Trust me. Jhope was the first Kpop soloist to headline Lollapalooza, setting a festival record for ticket sales. The whole performance is on YT, so you could watch that also. I don’t think you will be disappointed, since you like harder music.
you should listen to the 4 bts cyphers all striaght rap
definately not boys but thank you 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
yayyy bts
BTS lyric's are extremely important.
Yes i show my face! In real life 🙂↔️💀 i hope you enjoy animated me tho 💜
think blood sweat and tears and fake love match the darker vibe.
Yet to come is the worse one for a first reaction at is it made out of references, but if you liked even without getting them then it's good.
(I don't say that I don't like it, I actually loved this song, but people shouldn't start with this one)
Umm is it me or the subtitles in Black Swan was way off 😅
