Traveling Balochistan Pakistan Quetta To Taftan N40 Highway Road Trip. Its road was constructed as a Regional Cooperation for Development Highway. It is part of AH2 (Asian Highway 2). Its length is 610 Km. Quetta to Taftan border distance is 631 Km. It connects Quetta to Taftan city and Iran Border. N40 Leads to Europe via Iran and Turkey. It is two Lane highway. The main cities on this route are Mastung, Nushaki, Dalbandin, Nukundi, and beautiful area of Chagai District of Pakistani province Balochistan. Its road is entirely in Balochistan. I'm traveling with Shia Zaireens to Iraq via Iran. Balochistan Land Of Beauty, there are beautiful mountains, lakes, rivers, fields, deserts, sand, and an Extremely Hot desert climate. There are many transport companies providing the best facilities to travel from Quetta to Taftan by road in AC buses. Bus services are good. It takes about 6 to 7 hours to complete its 631 Km journey. There are many camels on this road. several accidents with Camels every year be careful if traveling on this road. Tourists from different parts of the world travel on this route for crossing Pakistan to enter Iran or India. World Tour Motorbikers love to ride on this road. Federal Govt and Provincial Govt are trying to attract the tourists and grow the tourism industry in Balochistan.
Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan by Population but it is least populated. Balochistan constitutes 44 % of Pakistan's area but with only a 5 % population. Balochistan is divided into six divisions. Why Balochistan is important for Pakistan because Balochistan is highly rich in minerals and much of its resources are unexplored: Copper: The significance of copper resources of Balochistan is widely known because of the huge investments made in the development of Saindak copper deposit.
