it is very nice... I would be happy with another release that is perhaps just a bit bigger and a matching Damascus steel case back that would be great. 42mm for a watch with a bezel is totally fine.
I have owned a few GMT watches from Seiko, Zelos and Boldr. The size of number on the gmt hour is ok. My red white 40mm Yema 500 GMT numerics are not that big either, so I take it that it is just the size of the case limiting the size. I have just ordered a Damascus and I hope it will turn out great. If u want to read 2 time zones constantly, get a Casio square. I owned some metal squares, it serve me well.
@@garychowhm I own a bunch of Casio squares. Please keep in mind this is a review and as such I do pick apart little details. It’s a very cool watch either way. 👍
Don’t get me wrong. I am not criticising your review, just that there is limited space in a dial especially it is a 40mm case lol.😝 I love your honest opinion on the watch. We all buy what we love that’s what watch collecting is about .
@@patricktoohey8310 looking back at spec page. You are correct. You know, even with all the research and info I get, sometimes I just miss something or get it wrong. I was going off spec sheets he had sent me and either they were wrong or I read it wrong. Thanks for the correction. 👍
@@watchreport My pleasure. I bought one in adventurine which is the only reason that I actually know. Your model looks fantastic. I really could not appreciate it from the pics on the web however you managed to reveal it's beauty. Love the band
You can get more value for your investment if you pick the right micro brand and watch model. These Zelos GMTs are a perfect example. Where else are you going to get all that for $629.00 in titanium at 1200 VH with a box sapphire? Seriously, where? You could even make the argument that that some legacy brands are really the scammers because they are giving you much less for your money that the best micros, especially when you consider economy of scale effecting production costs. Just look at Seiko under applying the lume on the MM 200 ( and others) , bezels and chapter rings that don't line up or holding out on sapphire until the micro brands forced them to start including it at lower price points. Take another look at micros man, there's some treasure to be found! Zelos, Henry Archer and Islander are all killer micro brands.
So apparently these Damascus versions are already sold out! Crazy! The titanium versions with titanium bracelets are still available though.
Love it. Thanks for the review. I grabbed the now sold out Damascus and a Chalk dial.
Got mine on the way. Very excited
Which one did ya get?
What a stunner. Had to watch it twice.

Nice video. One minor correction sir, the MOP and adventurine model bezels are not sapphire.

a lot of people don't know that a true gmt means that the gmt hand completes 24 hours in 1 revolution
I don’t understand why anyone would waste their time with micro brands. It’s a complete scam
