Dear friends, in this video, I intended to make four types of pickles, but unfortunately, due to the length of the video, I decided to share it with you in two days and in two videos. In this video, you will see two types of pickled cabbage that we We call them Haft Bijar and Liteh because their ingredients are the same, but we have to eat Liteh finely and Haft Bijar a little bigger.

Pickled spices that include
Mustard seeds (yellow or brown)
Pepper seeds (black, white, red or green), cardamom seeds, black pepper, dried celery seeds
dry chili pepper, cinnamon stick,
Coriander seeds, clove seeds, dill seeds
