Hey Gooseberry Patch, Where's the Gooseberry (Amalaki) recipes. I was digging thru all your videos, can't find any. Not a one. I know it's a hard fruit to find in typical american stores but the Indian markets carry it. Oh well, I guess you're just make American recipes and took the fruit in name only. I found a Gooseberry Jam recipe on youtube, I'll try that.
