Using similar remote to you, I can hear sound even thought level says it’s at 0. When I toggle the volume, as the number goes up I can hear the same show’s dialogue twice. Almost an echo effect. So “your” remote is the echo sound. I’m guessing second remote is main sound I am hearing and its volume up/down doesn’t work. Is it possible to sync the two?
Do you have some type of a Soundsystem connected to your TV? Sometimes the TV speakers don’t match up with your sound box so you have to check that and make sure it’s working properly and in good luck. Thanks for watching. Happy holidays.
If you have dish or Comcast connection, you’d have to go to the input and use their control so you have to see what input you’re on and make sure that you’re using this for the apps
This remote is much different than most remotes as you can see they’re going to minimalize these things with navigation circles or arrows, but the volume part is really crazy. Most people have the problem with that. Good luck thanks for watching.
On the left-hand side when you push up on that middle control bar, you should see an icon come up and numbers going up as you push up from the bottom if you push down from the top, not straight on but down on the top, the number should retract

They do not make it very intuitive for the regular User. The last thing you would think of is the push on the spacebar in the middle of the remote.
