Great info Dr. Katie! ❤️ You’ve taken away my fear of using EOs on my pets! My dog needs help with liver detox. Can I safely combine the oils you listed as safe for skin application or diffusing?
Using the dilution ratios I mentioned with the safe essential oils, they can be applied topically but if you’re just getting started, the best way that’s still very beneficial is diffusion!

I see Young Living is on your list of preferred oils but not Doterra????
Doterra is a good brand too that you can use. These are just brands I use personally - there are more out there of course.
Think it was former YL ppl who left & started doTERRA.. I've been using their oils (along w/Plant Therapy I like as well) for 2yrs now w/only good results just wish they cost a bit less🤷🏻♀️
