- In this Max guide brawl stars I will teach you how to properly play Max, and become a pro at Max in Brawl Stars. Max is one of the highest skill cap Brawlers in the game, if not the highest. I will share Max's best build, best matchups, trick shots with max, her best maps, modes, dodges and pro max gameplay.
After putting countless hours into Max, I have gotten pretty good at playing Max, so I will share everything I have learned along the way!

Guys if you want to dodge more shots, move in ways that the enemy can see and think about so you can play mind games. Use wider more open strafes with smaller, simpler alterations to avoid auto aim as well.

I like the type of guides where it's for a specific brawler and all of that stuff great video like always! I also don't count takedown as an actual mode as well

My favorite brawlers are either 8-bit or Max. I only use Max a lot because I take pride in getting on my third day of playing lol. I’ve been trying to get good at Max but I can’t because of my skill issue and I’m really new. I got better because of this guide so thank you for making it. I still need so much work on Max though but ty you gave me a good beginners start 😊

Pearl counters Max, most other of the new Brawlers are average matchups for max :) and thanks! 🤩

I would say that I'm a pretty good brawlstars player and i also got my first r30 but i really struggle hitting shots with max i hope I'll improve

yeah sadly, I mean this type of guide doesn't change if there was any balance changes :)
what i normally do is i use health and gadget charge, run n gun but i try to experiment with the other one, and always phase shifter.

One thing is that max usually counters gene in open maps,but for the rest is a nice tutorial
I mean it depends how you look at it really, I personally think it is a really bad matchup because the chip damage takes away any pressure max can get which bad, thanks tho :)

Thanks! But one question, why health gear for max in open maps and knockout, why not damage ane shield?
Health gear allows an aggressive play style which you need for max, so on more open maps as mid, take the health gear

A good tip against brock, dont stay at the end of his range cuz his shots explodes and its harder to dodge
Is it possible to juke very fast with 90 hz? Or u need 120 hz device

It’s a bit easier yeah but I know some really good players (who are masters) on an average phone so it’s still possible

Dodge brock shot is easy when close to him ( not too close) like mid range, but good brock will use max range , try with belle its more harder since belle shot more faster than brock

When nani supered, at 6:06 i find after lots of practice that its easier to time the gadget by just shifting into the peep head. Great video! (Psst: improve da drawings 😉)

Question: how does Poco counter Max?
I’m pretty sure Max outranges Poco, and with Max’s really fast speed + super + gadget, Poco can’t get close

Honestly there’s no ‘fast’ way to become a good max player, you need to play and practice a lot.

From someone who mainly play Max in Brawl Ball, I gotta say she got a diff style of gameplay in there
Tbh with Max you can actually do guides for specific gamemode cuz it's different every mode, I find that interesting, That's why she's so versatile
I kinda regret buying run n gun insted or super charged for max. I play more passively

Im a Nani main and ngl I counter every max bcz they always stay on mid range (Nani have a big mid range so its easy to hit enemys) im not saying that she fully get counter by Nani but I would say that Nani is at least average

Yeah lol it’s helped me a lot i think turning it off, yeah no one seems to talk about what to focus on but it’s really a balance of both but sometimes I can’t focus well so I just focus on the shots which is not ideal lol

Guys help me out😅 there are 3 good skins for max imo they are hermes streetwera and leopard. All are super good and dont know what to buy for the money streetweae max is the worst because no super animation like hermes or leopard but not even the shooting things like hermes and leopard but they all look so good😅
Streatwear max is still way better than those in my opinion

I don't understand why Lola is a hard counter, otis isn't.
Lola is a really good Max counter because her clone is very hard for max to deal with, Lola has much more DPS than Max when Max is in her range, and her sealed with a kiss star power makes Lola impossible for Max to take out.

Once she gets super it will be hard ,but in PL it won't be that hard at all.
As a Max main myself, i see Lola as easy target.
Otis has a longer range than Max, with easy to hit attack, so yeh beating Otis with Max is just kinda impossible.

another thing when dodging with max is don't try to wiggle around to look good because most of the time you'll accidentally wiggle into enemy shots and die
