I really like the cooler but it would be nice if could've come with a Insulation like in a ice box and a larger capacity to store Ice. So that is could last atleast 3-4 hours.

This cannot cool a room, and it is only meant for a single person's use. And you can reduce the speed while on call and it shouldn't be a problem

If humidity is already high, and your room is not ventilated, then just use a fan. Coolers will increase humidity and you'll end up feeling worse.
