Siegfried stabbing Soul Edge right in the freaking eye with Soul Calibur will forever be one of the most badass things in gaming! One of the best fighting games of all time, truly a masterpiece :)
Also one of this game’s biggest strengths is the high amount of content. There’s a lot of different modes, characters, and stuff, which in turn increases the replay value. Like you can play this game for a long amount of time and not get bored because there’s always something to do :)
@@Howlingburd19 you are 100% correct, I've held countless tournaments with the characters fighting each other and it was the absolute best Night Terror traumatizes me to this day though-
Well, it is orchestral, but it's not played by an orchestra. Namco composers have just always had really high-quality orchestral samples, which you can also hear in Ace Combat! There are live instruments sprinkled in everywhere as well though.

Another really cool moment was when Voldo dodged Taki’s dagger Matrix-style and then spun at her! So is the fight between Ivy and Cervantes
This and imagining his hand turning back into Nightmare's hand were dope.

This was my first Soul Calibur game for the PS2 and I absolutely loved it.
It is also my first soul calibur game back in 2012 on PS2.

My favorite is when Nightmare is taking on the European soldiers on the Lone Hill and being such an badass monster Knight.
