I love these hobby/ skill shows. Bake Off, Sewing Bee, The Pottery Throwdown. They are just so quint and cute. like no drama or craziness. just lovely people making lovely things. low stakes and just pleasant.
I love how in this competition show the competitors doesn’t fight with each other but they are literally a new family that is what we need more of in competition shows
I watched the whole 7th season just to see this beautiful "crochet" dress, as I LOVE crochet. But he didn't make ANY crochet dresses. The closest thing to what you're describing is an orangy dress made of Broderie Anglaise fabrics.
Thank you! Unfortunately, we cannot see these programs in Germany. There is nothing like it here. It is so nice to see how even laypeople create wonderful clothes with their passion for sewing. Can I have some more, please!
Its very funny that the presenters will do a German "let me see your papers", French, Russian accents, but dare not do a Indian or WestIndian or Afrcian accent.
Hello i wish you a happy christmas holiday may it comes with blessing, love, peace and may God grant you your heart desire how are you doing i hope you are fine it would me an honor if you reply.
This show is brilliant such a change from the many cooking shows would love love to see repeats from the beginning to see the many changes please please
I can't believe there was no mention of Asma's final dress or the skirt suit that was made using crochet pieces! Esmale said that suit looked like channel!

Lovely video, my favourite has always been Heathers couture dress. Such a shame that the current series isn’t allowing the sewers to really showcase their skills as they are given much less time than previously.

Very often they have human models to dress, I note that no Indian male models are shown ever! They have black men, Indian women, Chinese, and Japanese women. When I worked on Saville Row most of the Tailors were Indian, or Chinsese males. When I look at the phyique of Indian men here in the West they are the ones who are always superbly proportioned. But then I see this is s BBC have an issue with Indian males, none are news anchors, weather presenters, not one Judge of any cookery show, although the national dish is Indian food. None have graced the Blue Peter or BBC breakfast and only a few are on BBC Question TIme, and then they are always a comic or riddiculed character. They would never let this happen to black men.
because people develop hobbies and like to watch cute hobby based shows where people who are passionate about the same hobby make cool stuff and show their skills. its like Bake Off. I bet you have a problem with Bake Off
@@lucypreece7581 Its a very English thing to sew, from the wartime era however in prinicipal, have Tea, (which is incidentally an Indian tradition), bake, yet most working class nearly 85% of the white Brits will go to Aldi and Lidl, or order a Indain curry, Chinese or Italian Pizza and wear clothes made in China, India, Malaysia, Bangladesh clothes. Shop at Primark, with a Samsung or Apple I phone made in China; Infact there is a saying definition of an English man is driving in a German car, buying German Beer, Aussie WIne, chilling in his Chinese Fridge, picking up a takeaway, going for a health consultation to an Indian GP, getting an Indian Lawer to move because a coloured person moves into thier postcode area, bookinga holiday to SPain, France, dreams of emigrating to Austrialia or New Zealand, wanting an Asian g/f sleeping on his IKEA bed and then says this country is going to the dogs!
Because if you step out of your house, your beset by traffic, bad weather, the Mosques, the call to prayer, dont know if you can park your car again near your house, mini roundabouts, litter so you would rather sit at home and watch Bake Off, The Sewing Bee or Masterchef. Even the Vhurch Bells have fallen silent. I wonder if the Church near me will ring the bells, on the Coranation of King Charles as they did not even toll the bell on the death of Her Majesty QEII as the a certan faction got offended whilst liveing in the country and claiming benefits but thier alligence is to Mo!
I would have bet a month's hard-earned salary that the new presenter for the GBSB would be black, and i wasn't mistaken. I know a member of the wokerati who recruits television presenters. If a "diverse" candidate is up for the job, they will almost certainly be chosen over a white applicant. The positions are not filled by talent or merit. That's simply unfair. Conversely if a white candidate was always given the role, that would be classed as sheer racism and heads would roll. That's the way it is in the world of woke, and nobody can say it's a lie. A fair playing field for all is only fair. Just check out television and advertising on British television. Black people are HUGELY over-represented. I'll wait for any comments which may follow which invariably will accuse me of being a racist. FYI I'm married to an Iranian.

Well now I have a show to watch after this. Thank you.
Raph not Ralph. Fun to watch. Can update with the amazing transformation dress from series 9.
They have confused Neil's story of being in the Army and sewing for wife with Matt's winning dress

Yes, agreed. Why have the allowed project times been reduced so drastically?

You all need stop using Black people as a comparison. If you want something, fight for it and leave out your mouth.
