    That was great! I'm always looking for functional ways to use my planner. I don't decorate really, just a sticker here and there. I want my planner to be "Planner" not a planner, part scrapbook, part journal. There is nothing wrong with that! I've seen some really pretty planners and that is great. But that is not what I specifically want. I need to get my life in order first. Then I will start to decorate my journal more. I still think I'll keep my planner as a planner, but u never know. There sure r some great things to buy, that is for sure.

    Those are great ideas! I'm going to implement using as a way to divide up my Brain Dump which currently is this scribbled mess (lines, un/checked boxes, drawings, outlines, numbers, you name it) right at the beginning of my beautiful organized planner & I can't remove the chicken-scratched sheet until ALL has been itemized to my standard. I can't wait to try these ideas! Cheers & Smiles

    I used to clutter my mind by thinking what task I needed to get done on daily basis and it just made me go crazy because I wouldn't get anything done. My advice to anyone who put a tutorial on UA-cam is to make it short and right to the point. Although, I appreciate your effort and great explanation, not a lot of people want to contribute to something that it may look complicated because they do not understand the complexity behind it.

    • @viennaortizplans
      @viennaortizplans 7 років тому +2

      Sara Saz I appreciate the feedback, however their are a lot of other videos on UA-cam so if this one doesn’t work out for someone that’s totally ok. I am just explaining it the way I know how and it seemed to work for some people so that’s great. It won’t work for everyone though.

    What makes me anxious is how overwhelming your process is. It is extremely overwhelming. Like when you go to a restaurant and the menu is aggressively filled with millions of options.
    How much time do you depend writing VS doing? (Honest question) like yuh said, “whatever works for you”
    It just seems so cluttered. Idk maybe I’m just a different personality type. I recently bought a simple planner. Also, how many planners do you own?!!

    Hey! Nice videos....Q, though, for example, for your vacation to do list - do you put that as a separate tab - or do you just go to your TO DO list section and look for it (knowing that you don't have thaaat many to do lists) About how many running lists do you have at any given time and how do you locate them/ label them, if that's even an issue?

    • @viennaortizplans
      @viennaortizplans 7 років тому +1

      Sara Saz It’s definitely a lot more complicated than just writing down a list randomly and checking it off. However, this is how my brain works so I thought I would share. :)

    • @saracutiem.d.241
      @saracutiem.d.241 7 років тому

      Yea, and I guess doing a to-do list is something that should appeal to one's desires. There is no generic rule across the border on how to perform a to-do list and it basically a matter of preference, you know. Something that may be appealing to you it may not necessarily work for others. I usually do my homework regarding my desired topics and then I kinda adapt to it if it suits my needs. Nonetheless, I like your tutorial.
