Just received my set and I have a few quick thoughts - Flash looks slightly better than in all the reviews I've watched. I was thinking of selling him off, but I'll have to think twice about that now. He does suffer from bubblehead syndrome, so if I can find a more appropriate sized dome for him, he'll stay in my collection.
Superman does have a bit or an orange hue to him, but it doesn't bother me that much. He is a very nice figure, I just wish Mezco would size their figures just a tad taller, especially Superman. He's pretty much been undersized in every Mezco release so far. I think the BMS "Dark Steel Man" did it slightly better.
Batman is the real star of this line-up. Looks a bit stout in the review videos, but that's actually not the case. He's slightly taller than Superman and he's just well proportioned all around. Overall, I'm very happy with the set and Im glad I didn't pass up on it.
Now Im waiting for my Mezco Gotham Batman and GI Joe Roadblock from Mezco, shipping notice received for each. Plus I have a few other 1/12 soft goods figures on the way. Keep them coming, fellas. Looking forward to your reviews of the two figs mentioned above, Batbomb - keep up the awesome reviews!
People don't even own the set came here complaining about these. These looks totally different in hand. Batman body is better than bvs. Everything is updated.
Yeah the set has flaws, and flaws means not being similar to the promo images. Batsuit could have been darker. But I love this combination. It's nowhere as white as it looks on camera. Flash could have better articulation.
But hey, hot toys flash can't pose. Nobody bats an eye. These are not for children to play . For Adult collectors for show piece.
Could have been better? Yes ofcourse. There is no perfect figure till date. Always room for improvement.
Bad set? Not worth ? Hell NO.
People here coping here after some images they saw on internet.
These people who are coping and complaining will buy these figures $300+ for each after two years from ebay and post that on reddit captioning "Is this a great deal?"
I really don’t like the seam lines on the Batfleck suit. So glad I have the original! I think Superman is the best one here.
Great review. I am not crazy about this release but it is a good option for those who missed out on the earlier versions of BVS Batman and Superman.
I missed out, so I am so glad I waited and not by the old ones from Mezco.

I hope they give us Cyborg. I had the Mafex but it was too small compared to the Mezco figures. I ended up selling it and getting the Mcfarlane one. Works better imo.
Great review! I’m very happy with my set and absolutely loved the movie. The cavill sculpt is fantastic! They look great with Arthur, mafex Diana, mafex victor, and the dynamic 8ction Darkseid. Only complaint is there should be an unmasked Barry head as well. As far as articulation on Barry use the mezco for close up stills and the shf for dynamics. I haven’t tried using the lightening efx on the shf yet but I’m sure it’ll work. The shf poses crazy.
I liked Miller as Flash. I liked his first suit. WB just did the DCEU dirty by trying to play catch-up to Marvel with no plan. But their hire, Snyder did. He had 1 bad idea, Bruce & Lois having a child. But u don’t see the same hate with other directors potential story ideas for movies. Some DC fans wanted them to be 1:1s like the comic, but which comic when there’s thousands of characters with thousands of stories? The DCEU did have parallels with comics & panels.
Flash’s new suit was given to him by Bruce in his cave in a comic. That was stupid. He needed 2.5 movies before a more accurate suit. And it was like Bales suit. Nolan said if Batman was irl, that’s what it would’ve looked like. Same for Flash.
I backed out of the pre-order, it's almost close to it.🤔 Thanks for the review..🙄

In a couple years I can see these going for $300 each. I didn’t order the set but might pick up one or two on eBay.
Another small complaint with supes is it would’ve been nice to be able to point his feet down as almost standing on toes for flying and hovering in air poses!
My superman cannot point his toes down for a flight pose,, seems like the ankle will snap

@@ted7728hopefully that new spiderman will have a better red overlay because the mezco PX EXCLUSIVE SYMBIOTE SPIDER-MAN the overlay rubbery material peels over time and everyone has that issue eventually

On the fence they’re instock in my locals but the skin tones, face sculpts and lack of articulation on the flash is putting me off 🤔

Not bad,waiting for mine to get posted,that's something that always bugs me with Mezco is they don't just go all in on the headsculpts!,there's people like Manipple (Superman..Cavill),Muff_toys & others who are showing Mezco how it could be done!
Also talking of Muff_toys have you seen their Knightmare Batman?! (with a diorama base!),plus Present toys are now making one too!,we can only hope they bring more movie figures to us!,good review 👍🏽
Those head sculpts are over half the price of the entire figure that comes with, 3 heads, soft goods, accessories, ect. I should hope they are painted better.
@luvofthagame they are third party companies making basically custom accessories & recently figures also,I enjoy 1/12 scale & have always believed that Hot toys quality could be achieved in this scale!,these companies are realising this,& yes more expensive because they are small,possibly even a few people making them who have probably worked on other lines we may own
After watching this, i have a really, really bad feeling about the batman pattinson mezco one 12. No actual prototype pictures, no news, not good.

Mezco has fallen off. Mafex and third party companies like Manipple, Vtoys, etc. are the go to when it comes high quality DC 1:12/6 inch action figures.
I have a ton of 3rd party figures and I can honestly say that's not true. Mezco uses much better materials in plastics and soft goods. And Mafex isn't even in the same category as they don't use soft goods in the way Mezco does.

Mezco has gone way back. bvs Batman is much better than New Batman. Despite all the time that has passed, there is not progress, but constant regression. Only Superman is kind of good. The ridiculous armor design previously made in Aquaman is back with Flash. We have a flash that cannot move. Mezco must immediately terminate the employment of the artists who make the head sculptures. The biggest company that uses 1/12 fabric clothes but they suck at it now.3. batch manufacturers do much, much better. I wonder whose idea was the vinyl suit for Batman, this is such a ridiculous decision. Look at the Batman heads, these are garbage, they don't even look like Ben Affleck. masked heads like catman. Batman joints are messed up because of the vinyl. I'm glad I didn't order it, I didn't miss anything.

I dont know how you can say that, they have been releasing great figures non stop, this is the first time i have seen such a horrible mess of figures from them. I am not even sure why they released them like this it isnt like mezco...But it certainly isnt true that they have fallen. They just made few bad decisions like any company does from time to time

@@Customking1989 As a brand no, if we compare some figures then they lose against some figures, but they also win against some. Mezco is amazing overall Solomon Kane and Void gomez were great. And there are many other figures which are awesome.
All three look bad honestly. Not one is salvageable.
