    That is doing it for a light hub and axle. The 10 K HD requires the inner axle nut to be torqued to 100 ft/lbs to seat the bearings, back the nut off and then hand tighten it. The flange washer then has tabs bent over that nut to keep it from turning when the second nut is put on. The second nut is then torqued to 100 ft/lbs and the flanges bent over it to hold it from turning. The oil cap on that hub needed replaced, as it had been painted, so you can't view the oil level. There is an oil level line on the oil cap to show when it is full. It is over full if it is filled to the fill plug level. That will cause it to leak at the seal.

    we don't sing a nut with pliers from a handyman!
    We use a dynamometric key for that.
    Your video if it is watched by a novice, will do the same and lose its wheels at the risk of killing someone.
