you are right. as you know all the boys lived in one bedroom for so long. and shared small spaces so they are very close. plus when they tour they tour for so many months a year and during touring months they only are around each other therefore they are close.

I used to think like you. They are all super close friends. But I must admit I saw a close-up on the eat sucking and I started really wondering xD not that it matter anyway, I love their relationship no matter what.
Also, yes I agree about the soul mates. For example, I have a girl friend I'm pretty sure she's one of my soul mates, but as a friend. We just have so many inside jokes and we cuddle a lot. When we dance at parties we don't need compagny and we're so close that people (mostly guys) really think we're a lesbian couple. We aren't. Soul mates just transcend beyond sexual desires and passion and jealousy. Soul mates are just so pure. You resonate with someone deeply and it all becomes so simple.
In France too, guys are very limited in their physical contacts between each other. There is always the "so gay" hanging over their heads. I think it's truly sad. Girls we never had that problem and it's so freeing. We cuddle and compliment the shit out of each other all the time. I wish guys would embrace it too. They would be much happier haha.

Ship videos can be fun, but watch out for the fans. Anything and everything is considered proof of actual dating. "Omg their arms grazed, its true love.", all the while they are completely ignoring that in the same clip one of those members is sitting thigh to thigh with a different member. The biases and blind desire amongst shipping fans can get really ridiculous. I'm a firm believer that no relationship status is true until a member confirms it himself, until then why can't we just enjoy their bonds without making assumptions.
As an Asian, yes we tend to do a lot of skinship. Also, in kpop culture, it is not new to go beyond normal "touchiness" because of shipping which is actually one of the marketing strategies of most kpop groups. However, though, these two has the most questionable moments that even Korean armies admit is not normal (if we include the real translations of some of their conversations because most of the time, the translations that they show international armies are kind of misleading,, and also Jimin is a BBBBBBBig flirt), lol........ I still prefer not to ship idols romantically.
