Kongsberg Maritime Poland 15 Years anniversary

In November Kongsberg Maritime Poland employees and guests from other local Kongsberg offices gathered together to celebrate 15th year’s in the business.
Back in 2004, founders of today’s Kongsberg Maritime Poland office, together with few visionaries in Carpus, saw the potential to turn a tiny 5-person company into one of the biggest Kongsberg Maritime branch offices worldwide. In 15 years, we've accomplished a lot of things people said were impossible, and we've literally shattered every myth about various obstacles related to organizational development.
Going from 5 to over 240 employees was an epic journey that would not be possible without direct and close collaboration with our colleagues in Norway and abroad. They have trusted and believed in us. We thank to all of you!

Pracowałam jakiś czas w Irlandii. Po powrocie do Polski bardzo bolało pretensjonalne i wyższościowe podejście do pracownika. Różnica jest ogromna. Gratuluję
