CNS me nutrition plan design karna sikhaate hain, sabhi participants se nutrition plan design karvaya jata hai. CFT me bhi sabko workout plan design karna hota hai aur fir instructor check karte hai aur correction batate hain. Course se pehle hi maine calorie calculation seekh liya tha but course complete hone ke baad mujh usmein kaafi improvement karne ko mili. Ek professional level trainer ke liye knowledge ke sath aapko experience chahiye hota hai, agar aap over the time practice karenge toh you will keep getting better at it. You can’t claim to beat a professional driver just after completing your driving course. Steroid cycle kisi bhi course ka part nahi hai. Vo kisi bhi course ke scope me nahi ata because vo doctor ka field hai.

When I did courses CFT/CNS/CSS, for these courses, their application for Govt certification was in process. Please call them up to enquire in detail about current status. For Level-4, it is certified. Yes I found it genuine, though the things I expected them to improve are mentioned in the video

CFT/CNS/CSS ke certificates me GOVT ka stamp nahi ata. Level-4 ka certificate direct Govt body se print ho ke ata hai, usmein hota hai.
