Mein use kiya mask then next head wash mein hairfall double huya kya ye time lega hairfall control karne mein
Check and use 2-3 times bcz usual alt it does not promote hairfall. It might be possibly ko apko suit nai kiya ho 2-3 br check kro and then decide krna

How many times a week can I use hair mask???
If you are using it as a conditioner then after your shampoo every time your wash . If you are using it as Deep conditioning Spa then ones in a week will work( if your hair is dry) once’s in 15 days ( if you have oily scalp and normal hair) ✌🏿
