      I hate to say this but it's not about education but Lynch syndrome. Here this man is running around talking about who is or isn't black. Last time I checked we are all mixed thank you slavery. Some of us are lighter than others because of genetics. So this you ain't black enough is bs. During the Civil Rights Movement Rose Parks was a mixed black woman and according to Wiley she would not be black enough to represent the people. Do you see the Lynch syndrome working?
      This is why it's not about education.

      I respect you saying that and to anyone questioning that statement has to realize that not all Asians are racist because of the actions of Chinese, Japanese and Koreans! They are the caucasians of Asia and just like there are Caucasians who fight WITH us there are north Asians who fight WITH us also! We have to judge each individual by their words and ACTIONS!!!! PF Chim Bro, how many Black people under the age of 50 have "experienced the full weight of racism..."? The full weight of racism started with slavery...and those elders are long gone. Then we had severe racism from Jim Crow to [areas] of segregation in the 60's...Civil Rights laws were passed and systemic racism was becoming dismantled. There are still some vestiges left, but it's a far cry from what you wrote...very far.

Plenty of "all black" folks out here contributing nothing to the movement. I wish a mf would tell me, I as a biracial, am not black enough to relate to blk issues. Hell I'm BLACKER than alotta so called pure blks. I ponder how many klan rallies Marcellus has counter protested at, because I personally have faced true racism..and shed blood for my blackness

    It bothers me that black people are complaining about someone who took a silent knee and he's standing with us , he is with us and he knows less than 99% of us, but he took time to care, I'm with Kap, most black are saying this is not there problem until it happens to them (the injustice) Kap could've stayed in his million dollar home with his million dollar life style but he didn't
    Kap don't stop
    Nessa keep running your mouth. You 2 are making us look and listen.

    • @derricklanders1205

      Momma's Hand If that's your stance he shoulda been kneeling from birth...because any police abuse is problematic. It's been happening to our community for ages...at times by design, but not really the case now. MOST Black folks don't experience police abuse...but any abuse is still a problem that deserves attention.

    • @cryptocurrencymassadoption1503
      @cryptocurrencymassadoption1503 5 років тому

      The problem isn't the knee, it's him getting upset with Jay Z not fighting to get him back into the NFL. It started with him losing his job, and it's still about him losing his job.

    • @cryptocurrencymassadoption1503
      @cryptocurrencymassadoption1503 5 років тому +4

      And why is Nessa making black people look and listen? The police are still killing black people, it's just not being covered anymore. Kap and Nessa are playing the victim, and he's just her puppet.

    • @cryptocurrencymassadoption1503
      @cryptocurrencymassadoption1503 5 років тому +2

      @ENY Chica He doesn't say much of anything because he enjoys the speculation. What has Jay Z done to disrespect him to the point where he's supporting those that are coming at Jay? Jay Z took a deal with the NFL, the same thing that Kap wants, and he praised what Kap has done. The only thing Jay DIDN'T do was fight for Kaps job. As Jay Z said before, people are usually mad at him for things that he DIDN'T do for them, not what he did to them.

    I lost a bit of respect for Marcellus for this segment. (Whitlock has lost my respect completely for CONSISTENTLY doing this) but Marcellus came across as gossippy, judgemental, salty, and just flat out jealous. How can you test down a black man (cus be clear even mixed is classified as black when it comes to discrimination) whose fighting (or kneeling) for you and ppl who look like you. And then you take shots at his girl and try to sugar coat it by saying "all respect to you" this was clown shit at it's finest

      1. Racism exists all over the planet
      2. If he even half believed that about this country he wouldn't have joined the Navy.
      3. Stop with the "all Black.people must think alike" nonsense; I have my own mind, my own experiences...no one is saying injustice doesn't exist, but I and others (other Blacks) don't necessarily think that it's an epidemic where Black people can't walk down the street.

You just so an example of how even some black folks just don't get "it". As Roland asked, is this now a purity test being applied. Hell, this test has been applied since slavery touched these shores. And I can understand why he joined the Navy. He joined out of a sense of duty. This is still his country and he felt a calling from it. I had that dame feeling and I am a black man. Many POC have served,even when they knew about the racism, and yet still put the uniform on.
